Great service, from start to finish! We booked rapid antigens for flights from UK to Portugal and back again, as well as day 2 PCRs. I was very nervous about a lot of the horror stories with some of these scam companies; missed appointments, results not turning up etc, but I'm pleased to say the experience with Medwyn was very positive, from start to finish. We had a problem with one of the antigen test photos (glare on QR code) - I was able to phone someone, who was polite, friendly and able to remedy the situation immediately. Do yourself a favour - use a company that cares about customer service/experience like Medwyn!

I've used a few different services to travel and Medwyn have easily been the best! I've used them three times now for their online antigen test appointments and they've always been suuuuuper helpful and friendly. Back in July they had no appointment availability the days I required, when I contacted them about this they immediately arranged an appointment for me the day before my flight. I've recommended them to my friends and family who are planning trips. I'll definitely be using them again next month! :)

booking process and test itself were easy and went smoothly. however, when it came to getting the results it seems that the clinic is very messy. we were two persons doing the pre departure test (results within 1 hour) and both of us had issues with the results delivery. one had the wrong details on the report and the second didn't receive the results at all. when we called the clinic, we were told they had no record of the person who didn't get the email with the results. the clinic was supposed to call back but instead of calling emailed the result to the wrong person. luckily we checked the other email. overall not a great experience for service that time sensitive.

I used Medwyn for a rapid lateral flow test to enable me to fly back to the uk after visiting my father in France. It was so easy to organise, I ordered the test kit and then booked my time slot for the video appointment. the test was delivered to my house in a few days and didn't take up any room in my travel bag (about the size of a cassette tape) On the morning of my appointment I opened the test kit and read the instructions and had everything laid out ready for my appointment, when the time came I clicked the link on the email reminder and was joined by the clinician a few minuets later, after having watched me do the test I was emailed a link to a page to upload my picture of my test result and passport page. within 10 minuets of upload I had received my negative test certificate. absolutely faultless. Would highly recommend, and much cheaper than other company's. The fact that you can do it on a video call and not have to worry about sending off a sample to another country is just genius.

Missing items from pre-flight test

Somewhat tricky to find the proper queue for a first time visitor but otherwise everything has been quite prompt and friendly. There're several free parking slots which are available for 20 minutes (or so).

Excellent processes which are executed well. I logged in from Cyprus and the clinician arrived on time, we completed the test and the results were received back several hours later - no complaints whatsoever! My reason for not giving 5 stars was the clinician, he came across as completely indifferent and tight lipped; what is required is for somebody to give an overview of what is going to happen and then give step by step instructions on the process. This did not happen. To be fair, the test is not hard or complicated, but it is vitally important to get right. If youngsters are involved they may require to be put at ease by the clinician.
