All went very smooth, fantastically nice nurse. Highly recommend.

Easy to order kits and book appointment. Kept informed all the time re delivery and test times. Results back promptly and able to speak with customer service on the phone when needed. Although more expensive than some tests having the reassurance that you will get the tests and results when needed and are able to speak direct is worth it.

Very efficient antigen test. Video call at 9.50, uploaded test result by 1015, certificate received by 10.40. Not the cheapest but worth it for the excellent reviews and peace of mind rather than risking poor service.

Went for a travel PCR test. The nurse was very nice and explained the whole procedure to me making the process quick and painless. Would recommend if needing a travel PCR test.

The video attendants were very friendly, patient, and helpful and by using the video tests it made it easier to enjoy my holiday and made it less stressful.

I still can't believe how expensive covid antigen tests are... Considering they are a lateral flow test that could be done for free... But this was one of the cheapest ones I saw and they were professional and got us our fit to fly documents right after the test was complete
