Our experience with Medwyn Occupational Health. Fit to Fly was first class. Lovely young lady was waiting for us when we clicked into our video link. Explained everything clearly and told us what would happen next. Within half an hour we had our PDF certificate come through. You can either print this or save to your phone. We would thoroughly recommend and use again

Test kit was quick and easy to use. Poppy gave very clear instructions and we were done with two tests in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service - really took away any hassle of doing the tests. Highly recommend (if you have to do one)

Really easy process and explained thoroughly by the clinician

Following my earlier post praising Medwyn, today I had my appointment with Lucy for my LFT Fit To Fly test with my partner. A minute or two after my due start time Lucy came on and was smiling and kind. She talked through the process and told me to follow the link with a photo of the results 15-20mins later. That was duly followed and the Fit To Fly certificates were issued. As I am flying with BA to Croatia it was advised that I used the VeriFLY App and I have heard they can be very restrictive when it comes to private providers, even though Medwyn is government approved for the fit to fly certificates. Uploaded at 5pm and verified at 10pm, that’s how good Medwyns standing is with a seperate company that BA use. Medwyn have been nothing from excellent from start to finish. I know the trip back will be a breeze. Thank you Lucy and thank you Medwyn. Do yourself a favour and take the stress out of booking a holiday and use these guys for your Covid tests. I did and I’m better off for It!

Great experience. I was seen early, about 10 mins before my actual appointment time. The nurse/doctor was experienced and efficient and the process was complete in about 5 minutes. The results came the same day - about 8 hours after testing - excellent response time. My only negative is that the QR code on the certificate did not scan correctly into the Verifly app, so I had to enter all the information manually - it would be much easier if it scanned, but not a major problem.

Nurse was very gentle. Excellent speedy service with result within the hour.

The service was excellent. The advisor explained clearly how to do the test and what to do with the results. I got the certificate promptly after uploading info onto the site. Would use this company again.
