DON’T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED TO TEST CLOSE TO FLIGHT AND OUT OF WORKING HOURS. No customer support out of hours even though they offer evening appointments. We had a terrible and stressful experience. Needed to do supervised video test as family of 6 within 1 day to fly to USA. Appointments booked for 9pm night before flight at 10am next day (unable to test earlier as a group due to school/ work commitments) . appointment, test and uploading all good and straight forward. However the supervisor ‘forgot’ to send through 1 certificate for my husband - only 5 / 6 issued. Unable to get hold of anyone on phone or email until 8:30 next day. Unable to check-in for flight until test certification. Ended up booking and paying for another test at the airport the next morning. Very, very stressful not knowing if we were going on our family trip until 2 hours before take off. Ended up with delayed checkin for a full flight and unable to sit together. All very upsetting and stressful. Absolutely no advantage of doing this test the night before - we could have all booked the airport express test.

Taking the antigen test was easy and we got our results quickly so I was really happy with the service and will be using it for the way home too.

Very efficient service from delivery of tests, video call and delivery of certificate. Shame BA cancelled our flights!

Very efficient and professional service. We received our tests after just 2 days, received reminders ahead of taking the tests and excellent support whilst taking the tests. We received the certificates within 30 minutes of taking the tests which was fantastic ! I would highly recommend this company.

The nurse was exceptionally kind and great with the kids, they have been scared from previous over zealous nurses in the past.

Really helpful service as I hadn't read the small print properly and elected to pick up my LFTests from Medwyn O Health instead of having them sent to me.After a quick email Medwyn very helpfully sorted it all out and the tests were delivered the very next day to my home in Devon. Simple to follow instructions on how to carry out the tests as well. Thoroughly recommend!

Had a Covid PCR test at this clinic which was administered by Lucy. The appointment was on time, Lucy was warm, friendly and professional and particularly good at putting me at ease and administering the test painlessly. She was up to date with all the relevant Covid info in relation Medwyn and helpful in assisting me ordering some LTF kits before I left. A much easier experience than I imagined. Now fingers crossed I'm Negative!
