They have a very good choice of goods (food in my case). My order arrived in good time and in excellent condition being well wrapped. Posting costs for abroad in the norm. The BBE date is a long way away so no need to eat in a hurry. Excellent service and will certainly use this site in the future.

Refused to refund my shipping costs despite selling products without making clear they are coming via international delivery, and stating misleading timeframes for delivery. I ordered based on 5-8 day delivery which was what was promised at point of sale. This was not “estimated” and at no point was I told this was an estimate. The goods took over 2.5 weeks to arrive. I’ve been told they won’t resolve my issue, and that my delivery costs will not be refunded, even though I threatened small claims and online reviews. Stay away!!!!
