This outfit actually had the GALL to contact me and ask me to write a review on their site. They never responded to the three previous times I contacted them about my damaged shipment. They are a terrible company.

I made an orde with this site and they sent me incorrect items. After accepting a request for a refund, I sent the items and have had no aign of the refund for over three weeks. I had no reply to messages via Amazon (where I made the order) and to make matters worse, they had the cheek to reply to my email with the order tracking number from the original order with no acknowledgement of the error they've made. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE - terrible service and absolute scammers.

Ordered cat food well over a,week ago, no contact from them and tracking only shows "order unfulfilled" whatever that means!! Have messaged them 3 times and even opened a dispute with PayPal and still they haven't responded. Have now demanded a refund. They will probably ignore that too!

I Love LOVE THE HOT N SOUR SOUPS ..I ORDERED 25 SOUPS N THEY NEVER CAME THEY DROPPED THEM OFF IN ORLANDO FL. I LIVE IN HAINES CITY.... I TRACKED THEM ...N I ORDERED ANOTHER 25 HOT N SOUR SOUPS 7 or 8 days ago not here... So Why did I pat for these delious Soups N their not here?????????... The dhl truck showed up at my door last weuëk n Bo Soups... I was getting ready to write a AWESOME REVIEW NOW WHAT??? ordered a order of 66.00 on the 7 June and after asking where the order was a royal mail tracking number was provided on the 19 June with a 48 hour tracking, still no parcel , numerous inquiry's but no answers so eventually i contacted royal mail who informed me that although a postal label was created NO parcel had actually been handed to them for delivery. Absolute waste of my time and now im in the process of trying to get my money back as for some reason they don't seem too keen to give it back.

An order placed from Spain on 2 June was split into two for shipping purposes. One arrived on 22 June, the other on 27 June. This is way too long. Even with Brexit. Please sort your logistics because your expensive prices ought to be compensated by excellent delivery.

3 weeks after ordering I’m still waiting for delivery, this is after paying an obligatory and very expensive courier fee which was over one third of that total cost. The package showed it was released from the distribution centre and was processed by the delivery centre. Then only after I sent many queries to ask why I had not received my parcel, suddenly I’m informed one week after it has arrived in Portugal, that now it is held by customs. The company has zero customer service, they only say once the parcel has left their office it has nothing to do with them. I cannot recommend this company, I’m fact I recommend you avoid them and save yourself a heap of hassle, bad customer service and still no parcel after more than 3 weeks.

I sent off an order 2 weeks ago on 7th June. On tracking it has not moved since 14th. I keep sending emails asking where my order is and they keep sending me automatic email responses. So they have ripped me off and now I have to fight it through an ombudsmen.

Terrible experience! Bought 4 containers of Cadbury frosting and had them shipped to California. Very poorly packed, all for arrived leaking frosting inside of the compromised box. Reported to customer service providing photos and they issued a refund for one, saying that only one leaked. I contacted them again telling them all four leaked. Even though I did not request a refund for the other three, they basically accused me of lying. I will NEVER do business with this company again, nor recommend them. If I could attach photos here, I would. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
