There was a problem with the delivery service and the company’s customer service was truly impressive.

This was my first time using Wooden Cork to order spirits. The selection was vast & most everything was "in stock". The online ordering process was simple & straight forward. Where they really excelled was when one of the bottles I ordered was damaged when it arrived. The packaging seemed sturdy on all of the bottles I ordered (4) but once it leaves their store & the shipper has it, who knows what happens to the parcel. After contacting their CS, over the weekend, I was sure it wouldn't be until the work week to get a response. Nope. Sunday, a day later, I received an email asking for some pics of the broken bottle & that they would do what they could to make this right. Within a few hours of me sending the pics I had a response asking if I wanted another bottle or a refund. The whole process was handled quickly & efficiently with no undue hassles. I will definitely use them again & encourage my friends to do the same.

Great value on a few of my favorite bourbons that I am unable to buy local. Delivery was on time and I was notified along the way.

I’ve been ordering from Wooden Cork for a few months now, and it has been great. Their prices are better than any other online liquor store. My bottles always arrive safely and well packaged. On my last order, one of the bottles wasn’t what I ordered. I contacted them and they quickly replied and made it right. Great company and great customer service. Highly recommend!

I placed an order and had to cancel. I was worried it might be like every other service these days where once you have placed it, you can’t really stop it. Had that experience way too many times! The next morning they were able to cancel it, and they were even kind enough to give me a full refund. Benefits of using a small business are that you don’t have an automated system that you can’t stop! 10/10! Will definitely consider using again!

They made a normal order wait for 9 business days and then canceled the order out of the blue. I reached out and was told the item is no longer available. No apologies for dragging a gift for nearly half a month. Will never oder again.

Terrible. I placed an order on December 16 as a holiday gift and on January 7, the order has still not been delivered to the recipient. And I even paid over $50 for shipping. I have tried several times to reach the Company but no one has bothered to return the message. Do not waste your time and money with Wooden Cork.

I ordered a Christmas gift for a client and it took a lot longer than expected. The site doesn't tell you how many days it takes them to process orders - up to 9 - which had I known that I wouldn't have ordered through them. I doubt I'll order through them again. Not enough transparency on the website when ordering.
