Good deal on shocks. Communication was not so good when they were on backorder

I used the online search engine to find a shock I needed, but it was not correct. I returned the product new in the box and have not been given a refund. When they authorized the return they said they reserve the right to not give a refund or to only give a partial refund. I got the wrong product through no fail of my own, and now I do not have the product or my money back. In other words, Shockwarehouse.com totally ripped me off.

They flunked on the contact me by email but more than made up for it when I called. I was having trouble crossing to a newer number from a 06 Workhorse chassis Motorhome. The person literally pulled the numbers out of his head. Pricing wound up being $40 per shock cheaper than any other online offer and hate to tell you how much from a major camping retailer. Thanks!
