Carlos in the warehouse is one of the most helpful customer service people I've come across. The part I needed wasn't in stock at the time I called, but he had me hold while he placed an order with his supplier to ensure that when I placed my order, it'd ship out as soon as it arrived. Parts arrived exactly when he said they would and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back and will certainly be referring Shockwarehouse!

Took 3 weeks to get my shocks after telling me it would be 6 days. They collected the funds and then ordered the shocks. They don't stock the shocks to reduce their costs.

They let me know what I needed and they gave me options and the parts came on time. Would definitely use again and again.

I ordered my struts & shocks and was told it would take 3 days shipping to receive. After a dozen phone calls, talking to 4 different people(in which none of them could give me a straight answer) I finally received my order 1 1/2 weeks after I was told that it would arrive. Won't use them in the future.

If you need to return for any reason you will lose lots of money. If you need your purchase in a timely fashion you will be disappointed. I should have read the reviews before dealing with shockwarehouse. Worst experience in all my online purchases.
