Took longer than they said for shipment. Not till I called and questioned the order did they send

My Monroe shocks were on back order for 2 weeks. I called them twice, and they lied trice about delivery. Because I was only at that mailing address for 14 days, I moved on and will have to pay shipping at my new destination.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The price was the very best online. Installation was very easy. I intend to purchase the front shocks/struts next.

Took much longer to get my shocks than shown when I checked out. Had to contact them several times to see what had happened when they didn't ship. I should have been contacted by shock warehouse and been informed that there would be a delay instead of me waiting for my shocks and then contacting them to see what was going on.

Far too long of a lead time, when they said items had already shipped. No communication. Sold me very clearly used shocks, missing all the hardware to install. Said they would send the needed parts, but never did. Had to call the manufacturer to make it right. Will never use again!

I didn’t have to wait too long for my order, now that I received it. It was also correct when it came. It would’ve been helpful, however, for some correspondence like letting me know that they received my order and when it shipped. There’s no hold option when you call customer service so your chances of speaking to someone is slim to nil. So I hope your order ships correctly or I can see there being difficulty rectifying any issues.

I really wish more companies were this easy to work with. Due to some confusion about the chassis on my motorhome the wrong shocks were shipped. I explained the situation to Carlos and he immediately sent me a return authorization. He then researched the problem, found the correct shocks and shipped them overnight. Excellent company to deal with!

Although I had to email support several times to get an order conformation/invoice and shipping conformation, the struts I ordered were exactly as advertised, and shipped free! Be forewarned that although the live chat states that the reps are online, they never will answer the chat. I waited for 45 minutes once waiting for someone to respond. They also don't ever answer the phone, so if you need help, email them and cross your fingers.

Got the Shocks, but had to wait 3 weeks. Really put the project on hold, when it could have been expressed that it would be a long wait in the first place. I called and emailed many times to receive a reply to my inquiry, finally was emailed tracking info that didn't correspond to my order, but to another set of shocks that I already knew the tracking info. Very frustrating. When I received the products they had been opened and the mounting hardware was missing from the boxes. I called and emailed again to try to get the hardware and redeem the sale. The person I talked to assured me they would have the mounting hardware shipped right away to me from California. After another 2 weeks I called again with no return call, emailed with no answer. I ended up calling Rancho direct and explaining the situation. They sent me the hardware overnight at no charge. All in all, terrible communication on lead time and on problem solving for the customer after the sale.
