United States | 21 January 2018After I received my new shocks, I began my shock replacement project. First, I removed my old shocks. Then I removed my new shocks from their packaging. One new shock did not include the incorrect hardware; the top nut was the wrong size/thread pattern. So, there I was - car disassembled and I could not install the new shocks. I contacted shockwarehouse to (legitimately) complain. The shockwarehouse person told me that it wasn't their problem and I should contact the manufacturer. Other communications ensued and, shockwarehouse got more and more rude and arrogant.

United States | 20 January 20181 of my shocks went bad with only a 1400 miles on it. They are supposed to be warrantied. I filled out all the forms they asked me to and sent them a picture of the bad shock ( after having to purchase a new one to replace the bad on so I could get my truck back on the road ) then after several , no replies to me via email I finally get one saying I need to mail the old shock back first. ( which is leaky and no guarantee I will be refunded ) very unhappy customer. They don't care.

United States | 13 January 2018On 12/6/2017 they sent me the wrong part that cost $400.00 and then charged me $400.00 again to send me the wright part and promised to issue me a refund quickly which they have not as of 1/13/2018. almost a month since I sent the wrong part back to them. I called and talked to an employee and he said he would inquire about my refund and that's the last I heard about my $400.00 refund. This is a stinking poor way to do business. I would not recommend this company to any one to do business with.

United States | 07 January 2018I ordered the Bilstein B-12 Sport set about 1 year ago for my 2002 VW Eurovan (T4) and could not have been happier with the order process, shipping and product. The B-12 sport set comes with the HD 4600 shocks and rear Eibach springs which lower the vehicle about 1 inch in the rear. To get the maximum 1.5 inch drop would would need to go with a thinner seat. The shipping was fast and everything in order. The shocks and spring themselves are great and really improved the handling and ride. I was worried a bit that the HD might be a bit harsher ride but it is not. The replaced shocks had about 100K but still the new shocks handled much better than OEM (i.e. Bilstein 4 touring class) when new. Much flatter in cornering and minimal body roll.

United States | 07 January 2018Order # 188541 I ordered shocks and struts from Shockwarehouse on 12/01/2017. After ordering them I found the rear shocks at Rock Auto for $106.76 less. Even though Shockwarehouse claims the they will match price, they have ignored the online request I made for a price adjustment. They never answer their phones so I have been unable to talk to anyone from the company. I am still waiting for an answer on the price adjustment to match the competition after nearly three weeks since my inquiry.
