They do not answer the phones. They do not answer the emails. They do not send an update on the orders until it is shipped but if it is in backorder you do not hear from them. I have an order placed since September. At least send an email saying that still in backorder and when it is the ETA. No happy customer.

They e-mailed me a 10% discount code that didn't work. They said they're refund it but never did. They told me there was a $40 rebate, but the link was for the 2016 promo that expired over a year ago. I have e-mailed them 4 or 5 times and called twice and they keep telling me they will send it but never do.

Shock prices were good. Shipping could have been faster, never did get a email with a tracking number. Had to call warehouse to get shipping information and still arrived 6 days after they said my order was to arrive.

I had no problems with shockwarehouse. I have purchased from them before and had not problems with them on my previous orders. I ordered Rancho 9000 leveling ready strut. I have been driving and modifying trucks and suv's for 26 years and have never purchased Rancho before. Hopefully they live up to their reputation.

Read great reviews about these shocks and needed a new set for my 2012 Airstream class B RV. Ride is much improved. Less jolt over pavement imperfections and much better ride control. Very satisfied!
