My shock broke and is the reason for only 3 stars. Customer service was great as a replacement shock was sent out quickly. would have received 5 stars

I would have given 5 stars if my credit for the returned shocks was made to my credit card account.Where is my credit?

never would answer the phone to cancel order, when they did answer would hold phone for a few seconds then hang up, did this many times one star is to much, should be -10 stars!
