The experience was good. The price was good. The website worked well. The only negative was that some of the order was back ordered but only by several days.

I selected the shocks that were for my truck and the rear shocks were the wrong shocks. I have called the number on the website several times and it appears to be disconnected

We bought our 2003 RoadTrek RV in June, probably with original shocks that reacted to every deviation in the roads. We replaced them with Bltsteins before going on our first long trip. We just returned from a 1,675-mile journey along the Pacific Coast of California, traveling on freeways, good two-lane blacktops and some rural curvy roads with patches and poorly engineered turns. The difference was notable. I felt like we held the road better, and I was able to react to conditions and control our sway much better

Excellent shocks, really smoothens out your vehicle. Wish I had gotten them sooner.

I could not afford Bilsteins so bought KYB. They are ok, but softer than I like. The piston and rod diameters are both smaller than the Bilsteins I took off. Only Bils next time. The packaging was poor, bothe shock boxes were trashed, but no damage. The shipping was hard to track and way too long. I was about to call and complain when they showed up. I will use again, but there is room for improvement.

Great customer service, inventory and order processing. My only recommendation, after receiving a set of Bilstein shocks, is to pack these items with more packing material. Both brake hose mounts arrived bent via normal shipping.

Delayed shipment of part and sent the wrong part. Told it would take up to 2 weeks to receive an "RA" number 20% charge for returns restocking fee.

Customer service was outstanding!!! Bilstein 5100's are an awesome fit on my 08 Tundra !
