Took about 2 weeks to get my order. After watching my order status sit at processing for 6 days i had to enquire as to why. I got a response and 7 days later i had my order. I needed 2 more shocks and bought them from someone else and had them in 3 days. Better options for purchase are out there.

The parts eventually arrived (almost a month later), but despite several attempts to contact to inquire as to what was taking so long, and when it would actually be shipped, my communications were ignored by Shockwarehouse.com.

I got the right parts quickly. No need for customer service. I did have to go to hardware store for some nuts and bolts that I thought would come with my shocks, but overall a good job. I will order again.

I purchased some shocks & struts from shockwarehouse.com. The order took several weeks to be delivered. I took the struts to a local garage and learned that the strut gland nut was missing from the package. Now, I am trying to reach shockwarehouse to see if they can send me another strut gland nut. If i can resolve this issue my rating will improve. No answer on the phones so far.

Customer service experience was terrible. Hard to get ahold of. Long hold times. No email correspondence whatsoever including no order confirmation or shipment confirmation or tracking information. Return/reorder process was terrible. We eventually received correct 4 shocks and finally received credit for 2 returned rear shocks after a solid month of time and many phone calls to customer service.

I contacted shock warehouse to send me back a return number I have never heard nothing back no one has made any attempts to contact me I emailed them twice . after looking over all their bad reviews online I would have never bought anything from this company !

Ford F250 extended cab 4x4 with rear air suspension bags. The OEM shocks were totally worn out. Replaced with Bilstein B6 4600 Heavy Duty Shock Absorbers front & rear. Happily, delivered to door, cheaper than local brick and mortar store, which only carried non USA brand. Comparison: Having replaced another similar truck with Monroe's, the Bilstein's, are equal with perhaps greater longevity, (both USA made products). USA made is very important due to integrity and philosophy, of the product and support of workers and workmanship.
