All worked good I would purchase here again.

I called before i placed my order to make sure of proper fitment being that my truck has a 2 inch leveling kit on my front suspension. The person on the phone assured me the shocks would fit. When my mechanic went to install them he told me the front were way to short to work. He had to order some locally so i could get my truck back asap. When i called shockwarehouse to get return aauthorization the person on the phone told me 3 times during our phone call that my mechanic quote is a f-ng dumbazz unquote. He also calledme a dumbass also. Please save yourself a severe headache and purchase from elsewhere. VERY UNCLASSY!!!

I ordered a complete set of shocks. One of the four came in a damaged box that was poorly taped back together, the box was ripped all the way down and barely held together. The shock was dented and the paint scratched (about a 4" dent and scratch). The shock is still functional and works so I decided not to deal with a return process, I didn't want to waste anymore of my time. I don't know how they felt it OK to ship a shock the way they did when I paid full price for a brand new shock! Leads me to believe they have a questionable sense of judgment with the products they are sending out.

Return policy bad.returned my shocks last week for replacement.Over a week has passed no shocks yet no email no word no nothing.Its like no one cares if i get what i payed for.I called 3 days after my shocks arrived back at there warehouse.Fella said just give it some time. Ok how much time? Or ill see to it your shock will be on the way. Or it usually takes a sertain time. Next time Amazon.

Good price great shocks

I purchased 4 shocks. It took almost three weeks to get them. I emailed them about price match. I was told they would match or beat the price. I even sent them the link of the competitors price. They didn't beat the price. I was told to order them and send the purchase number back to them for the discount I took that at its word. I also could never get the man to email me back after I bought the shocks. I called the number and they said he was not available and to check my credit card statement. They wouldn't ever tell me the price. Kind of irritated me. The shocks are fine, they just took longer to deliver than the site said and they were not price matched as advertised. $40 buck is still $40 bucks.

I bought a set of 4 major brand shocks for my 1957 Chevy. They were at an excellent price and came right on time. I installed them with no problems. I would definitely recommend going to them first for the best price and service.

Ok never sent me a tracking or info. I started to think scam, so I called spoke to a nasty guy. I received my parts very slow shipping but parts are good.

No contact between them and me .Only after I called about a week after I ordered the shocks.
