Reasonable price, quick delivery

Can only rate the delivery experience since the shocks are not yet installed. Shocks took over a month to be delivered and required filing a dispute with Paypal to make that happen. When finally delivered, 4 shocks arrived in three separate shipments and all Bilstein boxes were damaged. I don't think that shocks themselves were damaged so I accepted the order. If you need to shocks delivered in a timely fashion, do not order from Shockwarehouse!

Replaced the OEM of my 2007 aFleetwood Bounder. The handling and especially the ride improved 100%. Taking the old ones off was difficult because they had been on 10 years. Installation was easy. Grateful I have the new ones.

Product is decent. The discounts are difficult to coordinate with the shocks I want. Biggest problem is shipping takes way, way too long time.

My shocks were for an older Motor home and they came thru for me. I know I can count on them for future orders.

Everything arrived in perfect condition in the factory packaging. The shocks were well packaged and protected. Best price I found for the Bilstein's i needed for my RV.

The shocks arrived on time and I had them installed on my Eurovan. The price was very competitive. I replaced the 12-year old Bilstein shocks that were on my van. They were completely worn out. Hope the new ones last the life of my van.

unbelievable service from both the person who took my order and the delivery service company, needed the shocks in a very short time frame and they even exceeded that time frame. Then there is the price structure, hard to beat. Beautiful package of service and delivery, a scare commodity these days.

Ordered shocks delivered, never arrived, Bob Larsen said I needed to file the claim with his shipper????? My contract was with them to deliver 4 shocks, not with his shipper (FedEx). Shipped without a signature required and not delivered to my home. Check their BBB F rating before they moved from FL to MS, 80% of cases not resolved and 18 open complaints. Don't buy here, I'm out almost $200 and no help from them. Steven P in OK
