I purchased my straighteners two years ago in a mall stand. I was pretty satisfied with them but three weeks ago they stopped working. I kept in touch with the customer service (Hatice is the person in charge) they gave me the hints in order to send them back and restored them by repairing them or sending me a new ones. I've already received them, so I'm satisfied with the customer service too.

I like that they respond quickly to emails and help you with any problem .. But I don't like it because I had a delay on the hair straightener because they forgot some papers

Die Haarstruktur wird glatt, wenn man die Haare knetete auchlockig, glänzend und gut kämmbar. Das Produkt riecht angenehm und lässt sich gut auftragen. Nie wieder strohig aussehende Haare.

leider eine retoure zum zweiten Mal, da es nach einem weiteren Jahr wieder kaputt gegangen ist. Aber der Kundenservice ist wirklich super und die Retoure & der Erhalt eines neues Produkts erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert!

Tutto veramente bene. Dopo aver capito come rispedire la piastra all' assistenza in pochi giorni ne ho ricevuto una completamente nuova! Top!!!

Een Golden Curl IRossi aangekocht op een beurs in Gent. Ter plaatse enorme krullen, die tot 3 dagen konden blijven. Ze blijven aandringen om aan te kopen, alles beloven om gratis erbij te krijgen wanneer we ze daar aankochten... Uiteindelijk dan maar aangekocht. Geld in de vuilbak! En schandalig veel geld!! Thuis geprobeerd, krullen blijven er amper een half uur in! En niet enkel bij mij maar bij verschillende haartypes geprobeerd. Ze gebruiken ter plaatse een product op je haar zodat de krullen langer blijven. Misleidende verkoop, nooit aankopen! Nog nooit zoveel spijt gehad van een aankoop! Absoluut niet aan te bevelen, een echte schande voor dat geld!

Das Gerät ist so super bekomme immer Komplimente für meine Frisur. Habe mir den golden curl auf der Messe gekauft,leider war er nach kurzer Zeit kaputt. Ich habe aber sehr schnell und ohne Komplikationen einen neuen bekommen. Der Kundenservice ist außerordentlich schnell und freundlich.
