Très mauvaise expérience avec eux, j’ai commandé un lisseur et j’ai payé les frais de livraison les plus chers soit 12,20 pour que le colis soit livré le lendemain avant 18h. J’ai reçu le colis plus d’une semaine en retard. Alors effectivement vous me direz ils ne sont pas fautif, certes mais me faire un remboursement que de 20% sur les frais payés c’est juste honteux!!!!! Je dis très souvent quand ça va bien mais là ça m’a agacée et c’est tombé sur vous!

I would love to talk about this golden curl which I think is the best strengthener that I have ever tried. It’s it’s light, takes the hair grate. It doesn’t burn at all the hair and leaves the hair shiny. Can’t wait to talk about it on my social. I will absolutely talk about it on my Snapchat and do a video on it. Also ich finde es ganz schlimm habe das gerät gerade gekauft will es zurückbringen da es mir nicht gefällt es sieht wie plastik aus!!!!bei meiner quittung steht rückerstattung 14tage nach kauf und per e mail shreibt man mir das man kein geld zurück bekommen würde und man dort persönlich gehen musss?was ist das?bin so entäuscht!!

Mein Glätteisen hatte einen Wackelkontakt, darum habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Ich habe sehr rasch auf meine Emails Antwort erhalten und die Mitarbeiterin war sehr sehr freundlich. Nach genau 3 Tage kam mein neues Glätteisen an. Das alles so schnell ging fand ich sensationell. 5 Sterne für Kundenfreundlichkeit und Garantieservice Tausend Dank an Team Golden Curl und insbesondere an Frau Hatice Karadeniz.

Mon lisseur acheter à 250€ ne marche pas, il ne tien pas la chaleur !!! Je l'ai renvoyé en payant les frais de port de 20€ plus l'envoi en recommandé 8 € au total 28€ . J'ai reçu un nouveau lisseur qui ne marche pas mieux que l'ancien c'est inadmissible d'avoir un produit non efficace par rapport à ce prix !!!

J'ai acheté il y a 4 ans le lisseur golden curl gold dont j'étais entièrement satisfaite. Malheureusement, j'ai eu un problème avec le câble. J'ai contacté le service client qui m'a accompagné pour mettre en place la garantie. J'ai renvoyé le lisseur défectueux. Un nouveau lisseur m'a été renvoyé très rapidement. Le service client est très réactif, des réponses sont apportées dans la journée même. Au top ! rien à redire !

I bought the Double Gold set 3 years ago and it has always been with me since then. It saves time and electricity and, most importantly, allows me to always have a nice and neat hairstyle for days. My housemates are happy too - no buzzing hair dryer every day! Now I bought such a set for my daughter, which was delivered to Croatia in a few days. The service is really excellent! They respond very quickly and efficiently. I praise Hatice who served me!

Abbiamo avuto un problema con un prodotto acquistato al Cosmoprof, abbiamo contattato l'assistenza che da subito si è rivelata essere molto disponibile. Non appena è stata inviata la conferma di spedizione del reso loro hanno immediatamente provveduto a spedirci il prodotto sostituito. Abbiamo comunicato in Inglese, non ho chiesto se qualcuno parlasse Italiano

Très cher pour ce que c'est, le résultat est moyen mais surtout les cheveux sont endommagés à force de l'utiliser. Rien ne vaut un GHD ou Dyson.
