Italy | 22 July 2023good evening, a few months ago I bought a hair straightener for my wife. After a few days the package arrived with the object we had chosen. As advised, I immediately proceeded to register the product on the site as required for warranty purposes. After a few months of regular use with excellent results, the straightener suddenly stopped turning on. I proceeded to report the problem to the indicated references and following the instructions received, after returning the object via the delivery service and paying the sum of 20 euros, within a few days a new plate of the same type and model as the one purchased previously was delivered to me. I think the service I received is excellent.

Il ne mette pas d ´adresse retour ses malins il faut passer par eux et comme ça ils ne rembourse pas c’est cuit pour nous. A fuire c ´est l’arnaque et fuir les influenceuses qui cautionnent ce produit il ne lisse rien du tout c ´est un gadget Mettez votre argent ailleurs

United Kingdom | 26 May 2023Quick response time. Cannot fault customer service and time response for replacing straighteners. Remember to keep your receipt, box as it has a unique code which is vital if you have any problems. From the first email I sent to receiving new straighteners was 12 days.
