good evening, a few months ago I bought a hair straightener for my wife. After a few days the package arrived with the object we had chosen. As advised, I immediately proceeded to register the product on the site as required for warranty purposes. After a few months of regular use with excellent results, the straightener suddenly stopped turning on. I proceeded to report the problem to the indicated references and following the instructions received, after returning the object via the delivery service and paying the sum of 20 euros, within a few days a new plate of the same type and model as the one purchased previously was delivered to me. I think the service I received is excellent.

The curlers are fantastic very quick to heat easy to use. Mine broke after 3 years but I got a brand new set using the free 5 year warranty.

Il prodotto è buonissimo. Mi sono trovata davvero bene, come mai con nessun'altra piastra. Quando non ha più funzionato una delle due piastre, mi sono sentita persa senza la mia Golden Curl. Ho mandato una mail alla ditta e , dopo aver spedito quella difettosa, in pochissimo tempo, mi hanno rimandato una piastra nuova in sostituzione . Quick response time. Cannot fault customer service and time response for replacing straighteners. Remember to keep your receipt, box as it has a unique code which is vital if you have any problems. From the first email I sent to receiving new straighteners was 12 days.
