Habe das Glätteisen auf der Messe gekauft und war auch sehr begeistert nur bei dem Preis war ich sehr skeptisch ob das Gerät es auch Wert ist , vor ca.4 Jahren gekauft und habe auch keine Quittung mehr leider ist das Gerät bei so einem Preis defekt würde ich mir nicht noch einmal kaufen . Habe es versucht selber zu reparieren da man ja eine Rechnung braucht um dieses Gerät zu Reklamieren . Echt schade ich sage nur ein günstiges Glätteisen hätte es auch getan . Mfg Claudia Jackowski

I brought these straighteners and unfortunately, there was a problem with them, customer service could not be more helpful in getting me a replacement set delivered - fast and really helpful service. The straighteners are brilliant and really worth it my hair looks great with them. I would recommend this company - they are great to deal with :)

Bought the curlers a year ago and they have completely died, they simply won’t heat up! I’ve changed plug sockets, turned it on and off and still nothing. What was the point in paying a premium price for curlers that last 5 minutes!

This is the best hair straightener i ever had! After nearly 5 years of using it almost daily the iron stopped heating. I emailed the support & now i got a brand new one - simple and without complications. Would buy again!

Bin sehr positiv überrascht das Golden Curl Glätteisen ist mit Abstand das beste was ich je hatte. Das Glätteisen sieht schön aus, erhitzt sich sehr schnell nach paar Sekunden. Ho acquistato in un salone una loro piastra, che si è rivelata difettata. Mi sono rivolta all'assistenza che me ne ha spedita un'altra nel giro di qualche giorno. Ottima l'assistenza che è stata veloce, disponibile e puntuale. La piastra lascia i capelli morbidi e setosi.

J'ai acheté un kit pink double golden curl sur un stand éphémère pendant les fêtes de fin d'année. Malheureusement, rentrée chez moi (à 800 Km !) le lisseur était défectueux. Le service client Golden Curl m'a tout de suite répondu; la garantie s'est mise en route et j'ai pu renvoyer mon article et en recevoir un autre. Ik had op de beurs in Gent de nieuwe styltang met infrarood gekocht. Na 3 weken wou ik deze gebruiken voor de feestdagen. Maar die werkte niet zoals het moest. Heb onmiddellijk contact opgenomen met de klantendienst en een vriendelijke dame Hatice heeft me verder zeer goed geholpen. Ik heb de styltang opgestuurd naar Berlijn. Binnen de 10 dagen mocht ik een nieuwe ontvangen. Snelle service. Zeer tevreden Doe zo verder!

bonjour mon ami m'a acheté le lisseur golden curl rose dans une galerie marchande pour noël mais je suis très déçue je ne suis pas satisfaite du produit cher pour le résultat pour moi je ne vois pas de différence avec un lisseur du commerce. j aimerai qu'il puisse se faire rembourser mais tout est en anglais et j 'ai l 'impression que ca va être un parcours du combattant
