United Kingdom | 07 February 2022Further to my previous review after purchasing the Golden Curl styling wand from a pop-up shop in West Quay Shopping Center, I have received a refund! The manager in the Center was very apologetic and told me that they have since changed their policy on refunds. Those particular wands are not infrared! They do not use steam and they will damage your hair (as with all hot hair tools). In their defense, they are quite easy to use with the knobbly bit to rest on your head, and I know that Golden Curl's online products are good, (some are actually infrared) going by the reviews. So there you have it! I hope that helps.

Golden Curl Exclusive retail Ltd Excel beauty Aria Beauty And the product is faulty, mis sold, not the same as the one they demo. And you were referred to contact this company ARIA Beauty through a forum with no reply? And told it was warranty related issue? If you are like me, and having no resolution and losing out of £100s. Please email faulty_straighteners at hotmail dot com I believe many people on here have been through the same as me. And I want help people like me.

Germany | 15 January 2022Hervorragendes Glätteisen, welches ich leider nach 3 Jahren einschicken musste, da anscheinend das Kabel defekt war. Somit musste ich die 5Jahres-Garantie in Anspruch nehmen. Ich kann das Unternehmen und den Service nur loben. Ich hatte vom 1. Kontakt eine perfekte Unterstützung und mir wurde direkt ein neues Ersatzgerät zugeschickt. Alles sehr kundenorientiert und freundlich.

Vous arrivez à la maison le produit ne fonctionne pas evidemment je suis retourner dans la galerie marchande elle n'etait plus la. Apreés plusieurs relance sur le site on me demande de payer 20e de frais de port pour un produit qui n'ajamais fonctionné A fuir.... pour faire marcher la garantie vousavez 20e de frais de port mesdammes faite attention

Very quick to heat up and style and even aggressively brushing through it wouldn’t ruin the curls at all. I have thick mid length hair and Flory from Birmingham's bullring store styled my hair effortlessly in 15 minutes!. So happy for this purchase

I was approached at the bullring bham about these straightners, I allowed the gentleman to do a demonstration of curls on my hair, and while he did this he explained all the different features that tool had and mentioned if you click a button a certain amount of times you'd access these different features, also how good they are for your hair and the style will stay as fresh as it was the moment you had it done even after 2/3 days, honestly after my friends wowed about how good it had been styled I was sold and purchased them, I thought my ghds are on their way out, it was my bday so thought why not treat myself. Low and behold, 2 hours later my hair was flat and frizzy and noticed my freshly professionally coloured hair that had been done 2 days before looked rubbish and my ends looked like the ends had fried a bit, annoyed is an understatement after it wasn't a cheap salon trip ( that being said I don't mind paying for quality ) To make matters worse when I got home and opened the card box that held the tools I noticed there was only an on/off switch and a heat dial control and no button as the guy had described, so I checked the manual to see if I was missing anything, nope, nothing, no button and none of the different settings he had mentioned on my demonstration. I was basically mis sold these with false claims. Also they don't do refunds!!! What a shock! Anyway I've looked into trading standard LAW and you are infact obliged to give a full refund if you was misled into buying a product or sold a product that wasn't described as it was... So I will be going straight back to the stall to get a refund, failing that, I will be contacting trading standards about the selling tactics of your employees and poor products to assure no one else has the same problem, because judging the real reviews there are others that have fallen victim to this

The customer support helped me here very quickly and in a friendly manner and arranged for a replacement. I was very happy that I not only received a functioning device back, but also a completely new, original packaging. If I could lose stars here, it would be 5. Conclusion: Absolutely recommendable
