Hände weg! Ein Unternehmen, dass ein hochwertiges Produkt verkauft, sollte auch ein 14tägiges Rückgaberecht bei unbenutzter Ware anbieten! Golden Curl weigert sich, den Lockenstab zurück zu nehmen. Im Beratungsgespräch wurde dieser Ausschluss des Rückgaberechts nicht erwähnt, irgendwo auf dem Tresen im hinteren Bereich steht wohl ein fotorahmengroßes Hinweisschild! Dass der Stab auch eher für dickere Haare geeignet ist, wurde verschwiegen, weswegen ich den Lockenstab zurückgeben wollte (Wir haben alle feine Haare...) Wer weiß, wie es sich mit der 10jährigen Garantie verhält, wenn man nicht mal ein unbenutztes Gerät zurückgeben kann! Vorsicht!!!

the Wild Purple Curler device has stopped working. I contacted the service, they called very quickly, we agreed on everything and the new product arrived in a very short time. I am very satisfied with the service and the product and I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Morning, I just wanted to say how upset and disappointed I am as I was mis sold Golden curl straighteners in the bull ring . I was told the £140 straighteners was infrared and used lasers and was not damaging to the hair and was a lot better that GHD and cloud 9 straighteners as I advised by the sales lady that these were the ones I currently have . When i got home I had a closer look and there ARE NOT INFARED AT ALL!!!! and I'm sure if I went to trading standards I would have a good case for mis sale of a product. I was also told that unlike GHD these straightener's would hold my hair straight for up to 4 days THIS ALSO WAS NOT TRUE!!!! since using these straighteners may I add I have only used them a few times I have had breakage on my hair. I do not understand how sales people can get away with telling lies to sell a product.

The straighteners that I purchased are brilliant. My hair was going curly every time I got hot or would curl after being out. With these straighteners my hair stays straight for days without redoing or products. My old straighteners went straight into the bin.

I bought the Gold Straightener from Roxana at West Quay Southampton 3 weeks ago in March 2022. My hair felt amazing after she'd done it. I'm a very fussy ex-hairdresser with fairly thick wavy hair. I was skeptical that these straighteners may not be so good when I bought them - maybe it was a scam, purely because the the sales method, but because I liked the demo, I bought them. Three weeks on, and I have to say I am so impressed! My hair feels amazingly soft and I'm not having to straighten it so frequently. This a huge improvement on my previous straighteners. So a big thumbs up from me for the Gold Straightener!

Oh my goodness!! These are the business!! I have thick bushy hair, and over the years I have tried many expensive straighteners, but none have been like these! I have read reviews like mine before and not really believed them, but trust me…they’re the business!! Glide through my hair, leave it feeling soft and smooth! Amazing product!!

Just like other reviews I went to the ideal home exabition had a demo of golden curl straightners done on my hair and was told they were infared straightners which I might had my hair looked amazing, was told the straightners was on offer, was apprehensive as wanted to originally buy cloud nine ones , the guy assured me thes were better and I could get a refund if not happy, so I went ahead and purchased some, once home the straightners were not what they said they are not infared, tried using them and they were absolutely awful and didn’t do what they done wen demonstrated at the show I’m actually fuming and will contact trading standards if I don’t get a refund as have been sold something different to what I was told do not buy from these as is a con🤬🤬🤬!!!!!

I went to the ideal home exhibition and also had a similar experience to others! I was missold the straighteners. The model used in my hair during for the demo was not the same as the product provided in the box. I was also told they were valued at £200 but reduced only for the exhibition, this is untrue as you can claim 60% discount on any product on the website!!!! Very disappointed!

The company have been in contact and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I went to the ideal home exhibition yesterday and had my hair styled with a golden curl infrared straightener and my hair looked amazing - the infrared technology was better for my hair and so easy to use so I decided to buy one. I was so disappointed when I got home and unpacked the straighteners to realise that they were NOT the infrared straightener just the conventional ones and they were so so hot on my hair I just can’t use them. It is an absolute con and a waste of money. I will be contacting trading standards as I have been completely mis-sold a product and I will also be contacting the Ideal Home Exhibition organisers.

I went to the Ideal home exhibition and had my hair styled by golden curl. My hair looked great and I decided to buy the straightener/ curler after being told it was infrared and uses steam so it wouldn’t damage my hair as much as a normal straightener. All going well until I get home unpack my goodies to find it is totally different to the product I was led to believe I had bought. It got so hot I couldn’t have used it on my hair without burning it off. Such a con. Will contact trading standards and the ideal home exhibition organisers to see what I can do to get my money back

Since writing the review below I have had contact with Exclusive Retail. I dealt with someone named Daniela and can only say that although I had a disappointing experience at the Ideal Home exhibition the customer service has been excellent. I have been sent the infared straighteners with no extra cost to myself and also get to keep the originals. All sorted in a few days. Well done Exclusive retail. The new straighteners are great and I would recommend. They don't have Golden Curl on them though they are Aria but great all the same. I went to the ideal home exhibition yesterday. I had a demo of golden curl straighteners which I was told are infrared so don't damage hair even demonstrated using on wet hair. My hair looked lovely so I bought some. When I got home the ones they sold me can't be used on wet hair. Was given them in a carrier with Aria beauty on. Have checked out aria hair beauty site and they don't seem to sell golden curl straighteners. Have contacted golden curl to find out if these straighteners are genuine or been mis sold
