Bought my curler one year ago and I must say, the best curler I ever had. Normally curlers don't work with my fine long hair, not so with golden curl. Last week my curler broke and without any problems I got a new one because of the 5 years warranty.

Adoro la mia nuova piastra The Gold di Golden curl ❤️ dalla prima passata i capelli risultano setosi e morbidi e in piu' li lucida, la piega dura per giorni e non danneggia i capelli. Ci si mette davvero poco a metterli in piega, è maneggevole e ha anche il guantino in dotazione per evitare di bruciarsi. Soldi ben spesi, ho una ghd a casa ma non c’è paragone.. Ottima anche per abboccolare i capelli.

I‘m a Golden Curl customer since 2015. It all started with the pink curling tongs at a stand in a shopping centre in Germany. All devices I tried before showed very poor results as my hair is very long and thick, but the curling tongs of Golden Curl leave a fantastic result and I have still curls on the next day (even without hair spray). Thus, I also bought the smoothing iron in 2015, which also makes me happy. A few weeks ago, I recognised that my curling tongs didn‘t get as hot as they did usually. Fortunately, I activated the 5 years warranty in 2015 so that I contacted the customer service via the website. They told me what to do (fill a questionnaire online, transfer € 20.00 via Paypal and send the old device back —> in my case to a German address). The customer service was very helpful and informed me about every single step and I received my brand new curling tongs (again in pink) within 1 day. Absolutely amazing. Keep on doing so😊👌🏼.

I love Golden Curl's Gold Straightener! It works great, straight hair from the first pass, temperature can be changed at will, the handle is excellent. The plate is very light and very resistant. My hair is wavy, but I can already get a perfect smooth like at the hairdresser's with one pass. the hair remains straight even the next day. I really recommend it to everyone! Amo moltissimo la piastra lisciante della golden curl! È davvero fantastica in quanto permette di ottenere un liscio perfetto in pochi minuti. Il capello non è crespo , lo non rovina. Si può scegliere anche la temperatura. Nello scatolo trovate anche degli accessori come : i divisori per le ciocche e il praticissimo guanto anti scottatura. Non la cambierei per nessun altra piastra ! La adoro!

First I have to say that Customer Service is amazing!! I had the curler coming into the wrong address and they fix it for me. Second I received the wrong curler and not only they fix it right away, they let me keep both. So now I have a regular curler that for my daughter's thick and long hair works amazingly - she has A LOT of hair, very thick and mixed, so when she wants to have it curly it was a nightmare until now. And then the curler that I wanted was the one with the automatic barrel and not only it makes my life easy with my daughter's hair, but for me having a pixie cut is perfect - no more burnt ears, scalp pr fingers and and helps me to style my hair in different ways as short as it is. And I have issues sometimes believing reviews and it's very uncommon for me to review products but this one is a perfect score!! I've been using both curlers for a week now and I have no regrets, I'm in love with both. It is worth the price, the only thing is that if you live in the states you need to get you an adapter because the plug is designed for Europe, no big deal honestly.

È davvero fantastica , liscia o crea il boccolo in una sola passata , nom rovina il capello utilizzandola anche ad altre temperature leggerà comoda e in oltre completa di accessori come i divisori per le ciocche che facilitano l’ Acconciatura e il praticissimo guantino anti scottatura .! In oltre é provvista di una pratica borsina da viaggio .! Io sono rimasta davvero felicissima non la cambierei per nessun altra piastra ! Provare per credere !
