The website is great and the content and prices are fab. The only worry I had was delivery took a little longer than I thought but not too long. My products came well packaged. I will definitely use this site again though.

Pre orders need Improvement. Kept getting told “you will get it next week” but then I never got it. Weeks after release date and I was still waiting and hadn’t had an update. Contacted customer service and they explained the suppliers let them down but even so, at least update customers. Even if you don’t have an update as to when I will get my box, at least tell me that the prior promised date wouldn’t be fulfilled

I ordered some Pokemon card sets and a plush, and they were delivered very quick and very well packaged. Superb service and I will definitely use Total Cards again soon.

I waited over a month for product that was in an alleged third wave. After many emails with the usual reply " I am sorry " it's not my fault" " the supplier let us down" " I just work here " I was then informed it would take atleast 3 days for a refund. This site I would never recommend to anyone its a disgrace beware of using them.

Pre-ordered a box of paradox rift 23/10. Now it's 28/11 and still haven't received it. Each time I contacted them about it, they gave an excuse of items not received from thier supplier. Then change your supplier! I feel scammed. I asked for refund. No answer about that. No update from them since I contacted them last week. I won't order from here again.

I really enjoyed the black Friday live stream on WhatNot. It's the first card live stream I've ever watched, it got quite addictive. I got some great offers & even won some booster packs. Apparently having someone else open your packs increases your luck. Thanks Cameron & the rest of the team.

Ordered a Final Fantasy booster box, 2 days before release. Honestly, I wasn't expecting them to meet the release date when I gave them so little time, but they did it. Thumbs up from me, I'll be buying from you again. Also, try the FFTCG, it's like MTG, but good.

Quite disappointed with contents of the box doubt I’ll be using total cards again £50 is a lot of money for next to nothing.
