It has been 10 months since I made my order. They keep on telling me the will give me an update as soon as possible but they never write back even when I have asked several times and I have been as patient as possible. Now the products I bought from them are twice the price so a refund will make me to lose money.

While the staff are great, however i have had the unfortunate experience that my pre-ordered have been sold on to other customers, and I've been left waiting for months with no update, untill I chased them and only a refund into my bank to enjoy. As nice as it is it to have money in the bank, for me personally, the Pokémon cards i pre-ordered and waited patiently for, would have been better. Ended up shopping elsewhere, and the price not much different.

been alright but lately there mystery boxes are pure trash. 100 pound on plastic rubbish and two packs of dimension force that have clearly been resealed has they included no rares what so ever and only 8 cards

Pre-ordered a few items from the Pokémon Obsidian Flames set about a month ahead of release. With a pre-order you expect them to dispatch the day before to ensure best chance of delivery on release day. Total Cards decided to wait a good 4 days after release date before even dispatching. They blamed their supplier but no other card companies had an issue and apparently this is a common occurrence with Total Cards. I have placed pre-orders for the next set elsewhere.

1* for holding back the OBF Build and Battle stadium until the SV3 binder released. Especially since the Paldea binder was delayed 2 months. You order more, they make you wait longer to try and save on costs, standard rubbish Total Cards service. Never seen such BS from anywhere else at all. Please pre-order from anywhere else and not here.

Placed a small order for some MTG singles, and couldn't be happier with the service. Great communication, quick dispatch, and they arrived in perfect condition, very well packed and secured. Highly recommended.

Sorry but to have delays on release day due to 'courier issues' is unacceptable especially when told on the day of release. Communication is key here, refunded with no issues but you pre order for a reason, certainly not to wait over a week. Will be preordering from elsewhere sorry.
