Vicki Hall-jobs 22 I have been with this lovely woman the whole time being with jobs 22. All throughout that time she has made me feel at ease even when my mental health had hit its lowest. She has supported me, believed in me and really listened and treat me with the upmost respect. I'm so greatful for everything she has done. I 100% believe I wouldn't have got this far without the help, support and kindness this lovely woman has showed me. I will actually miss her.

I was referred to Jobs 22 by the Job Centre as part of the RESTART scheme. Starting out from unemployed over a year, the journey to getting a job was a tough uphill battle. The path to success felt daunting at first, but Jobs 22's support turned it into an achievable journey. Tracey and Verity, from Jobs 22, have been stars. Tracey provided an exceptional level of support and encouragement. It was the kind that made you believe in your own potential. She truly cared about my career aspirations and encouraged me to keep on trying despite the many rejections and non-responses from my previous job applications. Tracey made me realise that the key to success was perseverance as well as having a sense of belief and confidence in my abilities. More than that, Tracey ensured I had the necessary financial support, which was a significant relief. While Tracey was away, Verity seamlessly took over and continued to support and check up on me ensuring that my transition into professional life was going smoothly, whilst being financially manageable with workwear and travel expenses. As I adapted to life in a new city, grappling with the realities of paying rent, buying essentials, and spending a lot of money associated with moving, this support was not just helpful – it was essential. It allowed me to transition into my professional life with one less worry, focusing on making a successful start in my job. The assistance and guidance I received from Jobs 22 significantly surpasses the Job Centre - I wish had been referred to them from the beginning. My heartfelt gratitude extends to Tracey, Verity, and the entire team at Jobs 22. All their support and dedication have been instrumental in guiding me towards a successful start in my professional journey. Their contributions have not only helped me secure a fulfilling role but have also laid a strong foundation for my future career advancements.

I was recommended to join job 22 in Gainsborough by my u/c coach to help me get back in to work as I had been out of work for many years due to looking after my late wife. The staff in Gainsborough are very friendly and helpful and approachable they have gone above and beyond in my honest opinion because they put on a employability course run by Patronus Training of which we had 2 tutors on the course both of which were excellent they changed my way of thinking around and with that I can actually say the whole team package is highly recommended as I am starting work very soon and all thanks to these people and my u/c coach

I've been with Vicki Hall the whole time at Jobs 22 in Lincoln and she has been amazing. I actually started off my first meeting with someone else but asked if I could change. Vicki is so down to earth, genuine, has spoken to me, listened and understood being considerate with every response and taking my thoughts and feelings into consideration. She has hugged me when I've embarrassingly cried and said she is proud of me more times this year than anybody else in my life. Its those small things that make you feel better about yourself through the process when you're suffering from anxiety and feel like you're not where you should be in life quite yet. Gutted I won't be able to have meetings with her in future but it is people like Vicki that make the world seem a little better and reminds you that you are good enough, more people like Vicki please!

I was interviewed by Jaime Elliott. Jaime was very knowledgeable and was able to guide me through the process. Jaime listened to me and responded to my needs during the interview. Jaime was able to answer all the questions I had and we were able to achieve a great deal, which left me feeling supported and able to complete the necessary work to move forward with my career change.

I had a meeting with Jaime Elliott at Louth Job Centre regarding the completion of my CV. Jaime was very kind and informative. She has supported me in updating my CV after many years in the same position and we discussed potential pathways into a new career following redundancy. I am very happy with the information and advice Jaime offered and would recommend her services to others.

I had an appointment yesterday with Jaime Elliot at Jobs 22 Gainsborough office to discuss ways to improve my CV. I can honestly say I learnt more during the one hour meeting than I thought possible and it educated me in many more ways than simply improving my CV. Jamie is very good at what she does and I left the meeting with a new lease of life. She went above and beyond in explaining and suggesting new ideas and I’d like to thank her. Cheers 😊

If the companies job is to be so ill-understanding to people with Autism/ADHD related symptoms that the unfortunate recipient does everything in their power to not have to talk to their work coach again for the remaining months stuck with them by applying for every job under the sun then I guess you can say that the company is doing it's job properly. If I had 10'000 bees stinging me every day for the rest of my life, that annoyance and pain wouldn't come a fraction of the way close to having to deal with being forced into working a job I specifically told them I wanted no business dealing with due to aformentioned autism/ADHD. They don't care about you. They're like 99% of the other work coach company out there, wanting to line their own pockets while simultaneously screwing over the neurodivergent and/or disabled.

I was very happy with the service provided by Ali, my Jobs Advisor. Ali was always encouraging and made me feel like he would help find me s job that would be tailored to my individual interests. Some organisations are only interested in getting you "Off The Books", that was not the case with Ali. Also, he would always get me to think outside the box, and get me out of my comfort zone. I would also like to give a special mention to Bobby, who was always showed me a positive attitude and organised some very useful and informative courses, one of which led to me finding my job.
