Bobby Mushtaq is helping me build up my confidence through his motivating, informative and interactive sessions. By using the skills and techniques I have learnt from him I am gradually increasing in my confidence and self-esteem.

Sairra Sivani is an employment coach at Jobs 22, Milton Keynes. She was my second coach. I was so lucky to have been assigned her as my coach as I learnt my biggest job obstacle on follow up calls was no AAT Certification, The Business Studies was not enough. Sairra studied AAT and knew the AAT process very well. I was found a suitable course provider and will start soon. I have a new accounts job at entry level and intend to do well on the assessment in the Autumn. Her knowledge of all the accounts job alert sites was essential to me. There are so many jobs available. This also inspires me to do very well on the AAT, as I know there is a bright future ahead. We all need a bright future.

Not at all impressed. The minimal support that is given appears to me aimed at getting you into a mimimum wage job - arranged through them so they are probably getting a nice commission off the company and the government as it gets someone off the benefit system but it not aimed for the benefit of the individual it should be aimed at. The constant badgering is not appreciated and when you even seem to show some kind of drive that does not fit into getting you off their books then it is actively discouraged.

My work coach is Richard Golden, I have had a few meetings with Richard, when I attended my 1st meeting I was very anxious but he made me feel very welcome and helped me sort a lot of things out, Richard is a great coach and a very helpful person I now look forward to my meetings with a big smile on my face.i also look forward to continue my face to face meeting with Richard, top man, top coach 👍 10/10 from me, thanks Richard great guy.

I have been working with Natalie Irvine for 15 weeks and she has been incredible. From CV help, job searches, interview prep and actual interviews, Natalie has provided me with so much support. I would not have been able to overcome the barriers I faced without her. Since starting my new job, Natalie’s support has been invaluable and it’s great having her behind me through this.

I feel extremely fortunate to have met Richard Golden on my journey in finding work. Not only is Richard an attentive listener but someone who clearly cares about the work he does. Richard has consistently motivated me throughout the, sometimes very challenging and changeable process of finding suitable work; allowing me personal autonomy whilst also offering professional experience and honest feedback along the way. Richard's authentic approach and enthusiasm has been the helping hand (and boost) I really needed to get back into work. I have been with Restart22 since 2021. This service is invaluable as it delivers a level of support that is more focused than UC and Jobseekers. It also relieves pressure from the administration of providing benefits and reduces unemployment through finding specific jobs for the individual using their experience and skills. My coach is Richard Golding and he did something for me that was huge and I hadn't realised I needed it. He gave me back my self esteem. During our first conversation for assessment, Richard very pleasantly identified my abilities, skills and experience and used this to create a program of support. At the same time we chatted about all manner of things from covid to politics, education to local heritage. Whilst we were chatting I felt valued and engaged. Richard was able to flesh out his knowledge of my life experiences and this gave him what he needed to then select jobs suited to me and to also select jobs I may not have thought of. Plus reviewing my cv and arranging a course for excel spreadsheets. I had been in a pretty low place with unemployment following redundancy and was getting stressed with money problems each month. Searching for jobs is almost overwhelming with what is available online but Restart22 and Richard lifted me up, made me feel that I could succeed again and find satisfaction through achievement. I have now found a seasonal role and whilst I'm notbin the clear yet with finances, I feel that there is immediate help that is focused to what I can do and who I am.

I was out of a job for a few months and was put onto the restart scheme through the DWP. My coach was Ibrar Qureshi and he was absolutely excellent at finding me work, always listened to what area of work I'd be interested in getting into and helped recognise certain skills I wasn't even aware I had myself. I'm now employed with NHS Test and Trace and without Jobs 22 I don't think I'd have found this job that I genuinely really enjoy, they were infinitely helpful in my search and I couldn't have even asked for a better work coach in Ibrar.

Great work coach and service in general. I found them to be very approachable and keen to help. They provided me with a great base in which i could work from and i felt more confident when it came to starting my new job!

Proffesional services, top quality when it comes to receive a helpful hand in finding a new job and offering the right tools to upgrade your career. I strongly recommend if possible to work with one of the best work coach from there, Ibrar. Alongside his manager they will find a way for you to be confident that you will not struggle with any problems related in finding a job.

Very poor service provision as they literally could not help me and told me so once the first meeting was over. The only support I asked for they could not provide, due to budget restrictions, so I finished the tasks given and they cut me loose. Such a waste of time (33 hours one week watching vids and ticking boxes and no job searching!!) but not really a fault of J22 more the DWP for making it mandatory for everyone when it doesn't help those of us whose needs are different. Lots of waiting around, one person trying to force me into jobs my health won't allow (so they can get paid their success fee I guess) and then getting told to go home after ten mins of being in the office. Couldn't even get my travel expenses paid yet they are supposed to make sure you are not out of pocket.

I had a brilliant experience in getting more confidence in a job interview. Bobby Mushtaq was brilliant in showing and explaining to me my worth and my capabilities. He has prepared me for a job interview giving me tips and helping me to understand how should I behave and speak in an interview. He is very professional and knows exactly what he is doing. Thanks to his advice and guidance my interview was successful after only one appointment with Booby. Thank you Booby, you are the best!!!!!!

I am very thankful for all the help I have been given, the team in Northampton have been brilliant. I have got a job in a week of coming to jobs 22 after looking for work over the past few months and come to jobs 22 and got a job in a week. I would recommend jobs 22 to anyone who is looking for work or needs help getting back in to work and some support in doing so.
