When I was referred to Jobs22 in Northampton, I was unsure of how it would be, as I had been on other similar provisions before. I was plesently surprised to find that my Employment Coach Leon Axisa to be friendly, approachable but also efficient and business like. I had been with another coach when I first started and it was a smooth handover when I transferred over to Leon. During our relationship Leon was also helpful in making relevant suggestions for various courses and workshops run by Jobs22, including Step into Administration as I am interested in this sector, Interview sessions and the Next Level- Over 50's workshop sessions run by Donna Spreag. I was impressed by Donna's professionalism of running the workshops, at the same time as her being personable and warm in her approach. I feel that my journey over the last 12 months has helped me to restructure my day and in organising my time, psychological support of meeting peers and being able to talk about our experiences and share them with each other and feel more socially integrated. Especially after feeling the isolating effects of covid. I feel more confident in myself and whatever the future might bring relating to my return to employment.

I have been supported well by the whole team. Jobs 22 Grantham have helped me to get a role where I will have a great career and future prospects. Before coming I had no real hopes of getting any help or support but I have been surprised by the level of support.

The last year had been very difficult, including the loss of a parent. My workcoach Hanifa was very patient helpful and compassionate in helping me and getting back into work. Donna S does the workgroups she is very good at letting things flow and remain fun yet steering back to the point when they drift. The mental health 4 day workshop is particularly good and really helps you think about the things that make you struggle. It also gives you good tools to take better control and think and act more effectively. A positive experience, the app and website have good tools for when the year with them is over and is accessible for 12 months after you finish with them.

what went wrong what went right. Start by getting people correct details of person your seeing and not presume because someone looks younger than they are. Or pry into your family issues . Also job22 don't talk about profiles whilst other people are in office so yer not a great start and that by the way is jobs22 grantham

Each time I have a stupid f2f with my so called work coach. I am sent a time and on last three occassion I have turned intime for this totally unneccassary waste of time. To be only told my meeting is an hour later. Despite showing this incompetent coach Gerrard the email he sent me with times on it. If he can't abide by his own arranged times. How the hell can we rely on these incompetent people to help us. Also he treats not only me but others who see him like we are kids. Total un proffessional. Bad people skills. Actually no people skills!

Pests, nothing more than pests, I have a disabled daughter who requires round the clock care, many appointments and many times I am unable to attend. They talk to you like children and I think it’s an awful scheme. I physically am not in a position where I am able to work right now but they don’t care about your circumstances… at all.

My time with Jobs22 has been amazing I would definitely like to say thank you to Vicki Hall who has supported me from day one where I was suffering really bad with my mental health she has gone above and beyond by supporting me and helping my confidence by suggesting jobs and career that I would thrive in and showing me I was employable even if there was issues, I have over come them with Vicki’s help. I would not be where I am today without her being so patient and understanding and a real asset to your company. I am now in a job and I fully believe in myself. Thank you so much for believing in me and being an amazing employment coach.

i have been put over to this company by the job centre and had my second face to face and have been told to apply for atleast 5 jobs a week and show them proof of doing this to them sounded more like a threat then anything else i have pots syndrome and agoraphobia high anxiety and panic attacks this as not done any good for my anxiety or panic attacks made things worse it feels like there pushing me to i get sanction.as there are not many jobs around that i can do with the pots syndrome as my heart rate goes through the roof when standing or sitting picking up.is a no no for me and i have brain fog and other symtoms that go with the pots just seem like they don't care how i feel i lost 2 people in my life over the last 2 years one being young.i.e my mum and daughter just a update was sat in hospital 3x with panic attacks feel like crap but got to say defo bullying tactics they like to use! no people skills what so ever.update if the ceo of this company jobs 22 who's advisor they give me thinks he is nice. His name ali.i do have personal recordings for my own safety of the convos we had and can say he was far from nice.think the papers or news crews would love to hear how the jobs 22 really operate! like the fact he said clearly that he was dwp worker and he had the power to put sanctions on me.so claiming he work for the dwp and not jobs 22 which is contracted

Hello, Anyone getting bullied here to help been on this scheme 5 months face the worst abuse only way to stop them. Yes, "Restart providers"know all the dirty tricks and enjoy roughing people up, but without your consent to share your data you can never be profitable to them so they will give up on you. The job outcome payments are the only thing that matters to them and the desperation from any advisor at the restart is hilarious you can actually sense their behaviour changing over the phone and F/F appointments. They will throw any threatened behaviour both on the phone and face to face appointment in hope you follow their demands only one way is the advisors only terms you have to agree on you cannot even mention the word "NO" only "Maybe" and "Yes" You will never reason with any restart provider as long as they think there is money to be made from you your their little end of the month KPI targets prize. These advisors are like in search of their next fix attacking the next guilable victim that signs the consent forms at the beginning that why they always talk you nice at your first meeting and try to gain any common grounds with you to gain your trust and sign these contract consent to share to third party forms. It is no accident people with a background in sales end up working as advisors. What do sales advisors know about people with mental health, well-being and any other conditions people are suffering absolutely nothing. The only chance you have is not to give them data sharing consent and withdraw consent form immediately to permanently disable your advisor having any power over you and leave you alone in peace we deserve and lastly respect. Tell your advisor you would like to withdraw your consent to share to third party if they threatened you with any sanctions say your just exercising your rights and under "GDPR" law even DWP have no say in this your well within your rights. If not file a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for not obeying with "GDPR" regulations your restart provider will have to act on this and withdraw your consent to share forms or face fines. Also don't forget they can claim outcome payments for 182 days (6 Months) after Restart ends. In other words, if you are working after they can and will informally harass you to make sure their hand is in the taxpayers till after your 365 days on Restart are up. Another reason not to sign their forms or withdraw your consent if you did sign these people are vile scumbags do anything for money. This restart scheme feels like your being tortured and being forced by your personal advisor holding a gun next to your head demanding everything he/she says if not threatening words of sanctions my only word to my advisor is go and help yourself hope you be unemployed next on the line I will happy to do the same back to you how long will you last. Time to stop these people enough is enough stand up to any bullies. Since withdrawal my consent forms. I had peace for a few months no calls no threatened behaviour just do your own job search and your own interviews at your own pace you still have to attend your face to face with your advisor without the pressure anymore he/she doesn't have consent to do anything was that bullying worth it these advisors are stupid when they mess with the wrong person willing to fight back all we want is respect not alot to ask for. Update complete corruption 05/07/2023 sourced my own employment part time advisor wants details everything also. I still have to attend the restart advisor now want me to take a restart job role full time they cannot offer me no 8 to 10 hour cleaning or warehousing role which I find that is unbelievable fake also your not allowed part time/or self employed jobs reason being they want you into full time Jobs once your first wage pack earnings hits £1000,£2000 and lastly £4250 the provider gets paid by the DWP. The reason jobs 22 wants me into a restart role is track my earnings, work hours, wage, overtime with their own direct employers so they can claim payment they couldn't do that with my own sourced job due to me withdrawal of my consent to share forms this is corruption people restart using the unemployed for financial gain. Update next appointment advisors now offer me part time jobs told me they might not get the biggest 3 grand payment part time roles only available to you only others are full time sums up this scheme using people for cash earn 4 grand in 6 months your provider gets paid corruption Thank you for reading.

Well the so called advisor rang my friend and then stated they had tried to ring his old number but then said they spoke to a lady called bev. Sorry but knows no one called bev and the cv building they do is a joke cut and paste of the original cv and even and the nerve to put under skills for a person who is a qualified in ICT they are tech savvy a child using an ipad or mobile phone is tech savvy. They then accuse someone who is deaf and wears hearing aids that they are shouting when its proven that people who are deaf do raise their voices but no the unqualified advisor said that they were shouting even the dwp looked at the CV these professional advisors did and even they said not fit for purpose. So what a use of tax payers money also they have caused my friend to want to take his own life luckily he has a good support network who has supported him unlike jobs 22 want my advice stay well clear the local MP and police are involved now so will update review when the outcome is known
