I'd been out of work for nearly 2 years, confidence destroyed and really giving up finding a job suited to my needs i.e works around my child, help with studies to gain more knowledge in the role I want etc. I joined job22 and a little over a month later I got a job, with the help of an amazing gentleman from job22, Richard Winnett, what a lifesaver! On our first meeting he was polite, kind and completely understanding about my needs in what I would like from a job (I've spent a year being told I should take whatever job even if it meant I'd be worse off). He is so hands on and worked even harder than me to get the job perfectly fit for me. Was in regular contact with me always sending new job posts, sending help my way for CV building, interview coaching etc. I can't thank him enough, he gave me the confidence and the tools to know I could get back on my career path and climb to a brighter future. I've never felt so motivated by an organisation of back-to-work/employment coaches like Jobs 22 have made me feel in the recent months. They made me feel valuable, capable and hopeful in regards to my potential in the working world, and they've been great for self esteem building in general. I have been with Jobs22 for just over a month, and they have been absolutely brilliant. My experience with them has been nothing but beneficial and everyone who I have met has been so kind and understanding. My most recent meeting with Bobby ended with him cheering for me. I found all the support offered by Jobs 22 to be very helpful as I seek employment back to work, particularly my one-to-one session with Bobby Mushtaq. He has an honest and personalised approach to tackling CV tweaks, interview skills, and in general provided a real boost to my confidence and morale. Although I have been on the Restart Scheme for a short amount of time, I was thoroughly impressed by my employment coach Bethany Harper: - Somehow having plenty of time to remain attentive to my issues, without seeming rushed; while simultaneously being efficient and not letting conversations drag on. - Understanding my many frustrations with applications etc and identifying the actual point and the next steps. - Always using her spare time to assist with my job searching and providing different options and a thorough analysis of the pros and cons. Overall, I think the way the online portal service is laid out is very user friendly with many tools and services such as the CV builder, career assessments and job suggestions, all of which are extremely helpful. Also, the bonus of attending drop-in sessions at your own convenience is very useful.

Rabia was very encouraging and helped me a lot with lots of things, not just looking for work. She stayed in touch, even after I got my first job, to make sure I was settling in well. I can't fault her at all. She did a brilliant job.

The support and guidance the Jobs22 team have given over the past couple of months has been instrumental in getting me back into employment after a long time of being out of work.
