United Kingdom | 30 March 2023Unlike the jobcentre, Jobs22 is more relaxed and inviting. I never felt pushed into making decisions or doing things I didn’t feel comfortable with. Everything was done at my own pace. My work coach was Sam Tempest, he spoke to me about putting me on sessions before actually putting me on them. I had numerous sessions with Donna, the first being step into care workshop, the most recent session was interview skills. I do feel I got the most out of the well-being sessions I attended last year. The group sessions were made to be fun aswel as informative

United Kingdom | 30 March 2023I found the career counselling session extremely helpful and have enrolled to do an Admin course which starts in a few weeks. The session opened my eye to expanded opportunity I didn't look at before and the course will broaden my skill set and open newer roles

United Kingdom | 22 March 2023I was referred to Jobs22 some time ago. Everyone with whom I have worked, have been superb. Initially Francesca, in the Stratford upon Avon office, and most recently, Shaunna who I was referred to when I relocated. They have both offered a positive, friendly, solution driven and supportive service. A great point of contact to talk through any work related things. Thank you!

United Kingdom | 16 March 2023Very polite and friendly members of staff. I found workshops very helpful and useful on how to prepare my CV, and how to prepare for interview. Only attended a few workshops over a couple of weeks, and I was offered, and start a new job in a few days. Special mention for my work coach Kate Goodwin (so supportive, professional... and beautiful), and Workshop Leader Diane Burgess. Really felt as though they cared. Thank you so much for everything ladies.

United Kingdom | 15 March 2023A very dishonest member of staff falsely accused me of not answering his calls when I emailed him to explain after been 20 minutes late himself as to why he didn't call. Obnoxious rude dishonest staff. Game playing on visits and making spurious claims about asylum seekers. Avoid these shower. They offer nothing

United Kingdom | 13 March 2023Hi my name is Angela Butcher and I’v recently been referred to yourselves by Lincoln job centre. I have been assigned Vicki Hall as my employment coach. I just want to give you some feedback on Vicki….. I am currently going through a lot of mental health struggles and physical Ill health but having Vicki as my mentor on this scheme has given me some belief that I am actually employable after many years of unemployment. She is encouraging, patient, extremely helpful, factual, kind and caring whilst still keeping an absolutely fantastic client/ coach professionalism and I think you should know that she is an absolute asset for you to have at jobs 22 from a client p.o.v !!!! I have been put through many many courses/schemes over my time being unemployed but have never met anyone quite as fantastic and brilliant at their job as Vicki is , after years of feeling worthless in myself she is finally giving me belief that with her help and the services of jobs 22 I can move forward in life and achieve skills to get me back into work. This lady is an absolute credit to your company and I would just like that to be known. Kind regards Angela Butcher

United Kingdom | 14 February 2023As an organisation it shows how broken and corrupt the government is. I have been fighting with universal credit for nearly 8 months to try to find £2000 to do a course that is relevant to my skillset. Previous to the pandemic I was a lead designer, but the pandemic hit and the design sector was left behind by the government, and here I am left 4 years worth of out of date experience. I get the interviews and I am constantly told the same thing, your skillset is out of date. First forward to the facist regime that is jobs22, instead of helping anyone it’s too busy squandering government money on itself rather than using the government awarded money to help any of its claimants. Point one - I was told by the universal credit advisor that Jobs22 have the funds to help funding the course. Approached the Jobs22 bod, sorry… we can’t fund any courses. Point two - I was told by the Jobs22 bod that I may get help towards to a new tablet or phone. (as mine has died a death) Turns out yet another lie. Point three - not once has the Jobs22 bod help me find a job, an interview or anything. This whole service is demeaning and shines a beacon on how broken the unemployment system is. I have now been out of work for 14 months, I know exactly how to remedy this, but instead of the government/dwp listening to the needs of the unemployed, it throws money at pointless organisations like Jobs22 who siphon the money to pay for their own staff.

United Kingdom | 12 February 2023I dread their calls. They pressured me into unsuitable work, including an unpaid trial scheme, none of which met my needs. They called me nonstop with demands to apply for agencies, none of which got anywhere. Given that they communicate with my UC work coach, their persistent interventions feel coercive in nature, and I struggle to assert my health needs as an autistic individual while under this duress. I discussed my health conditions with them —in particular, autism— and they took less interest in the words of the specialists I had seen than they did in suggesting their in-house health staff. When I had a meltdown at the unpaid work trial they pressured me into, they were more interested in berating me for half an hour about the outward behaviour I displayed (walking out of the job, and shouting profanities at the boss when he chose to follow me) than they were in trying to understand what went wrong and how they could actually help me to secure paid work with my condition. These events brought me to a low point in my mental health. I secured a sick note —the complete opposite of helping me into work. I was given a new coach at jobs 22, which I thought might be a turning point given my experience with the previous coach. This coach told me that my case was closed due to the illness. I was over the moon, until he called me weeks later to tell me that I still need to go through their process. At this point I have completely lost trust in their capability to handle my case, or even know their own job. The only reprieve I have been able to secure is a three month amnesty that I negotiated with my UC work coach, but this comes to an end in 2 weeks time. While I have spent this time learning a lot about how better to manage my condition, and how to pinpoint my needs, I still dread coming back to them soon
