Hire professional advisors! I was on the Restart Scheme with this provider, I thought the scheme was meant to be of some use and helpful for participants. (Albeit being forced by the jobcentre) The only use they were, was to give participants a mental breakdown. When I was enduring an appointment with my female advisor, I heard another participant CRYING their eyes out. If that doesn't tell you what this company does to people, then I don't genuinely know. They lie out of their rear ends to attempt to sanction you for their KPI targets. How they operate is an absolute disgusting scenario. Using the unemployed for the advisors financial gain. All employment coaches or advisors need to brush up on their people skills and stop being condescending and patronising towards the participants. Their little courses are useless, and will use any thing to try and attack you, even if you have a bereavement in your family, they will use that against you. If you say yes to everything then say no once, then they are straight on to the jobcentre. (Make it make sense) Also, the advisor's spelling and grammar is hilarious, they can not spell for toffee. (They're meant to be qualified and professional). Biggest joke going. Waste of funds if you ask me. Horrible scheme, horrible people. It's absolutely barbaric. They write down everything you say to use it against you in the future. Their office is open planned, and no walls so any personal information is heard by other advisors and participants. Not very securely set out, so don't get your hopes up for privacy. Jobs22 employ recruitment consultants, they are abrupt, unkind and very passive aggressive and uses emotional blackmail to manipulate you, well try to. Useless scheme, their fake job successes on their website and Youtube channel are cringe.

Taslima from National Career Service She has been an amazing help my CV was ten years old I did not know about not putting my national insurance number and address is not safe she talked me through how so many people will see my CV and personal details like address is not good it can be requested by employer later. She corrected and added a lot of value by using proper English and grammar. she advised me about courses to take which will help me enhance my CV. Very friendly and easy to talk to and professional. Thank you for helping me otherwise I would be googling on the internet and still would not be able to do this by myself.

I attended the course in Northampton and it was called Next Level Workshop. It was run by Donna Spread, was to look for work for the mature person ie.looking at the wording in advertisement of work to see if there was any words that might put us off for applying for it and work out what it means and doing mock interviews. It was worth doing. Donna as always made it fun which helps me to take the information in, more easily.

Donna S/Jobs22. This Next Level Workshop helped me regain my confidence after being made redundant pre-Covid. Consequently, my mental and physical health are much better. I feel confident that I will get another job very soon. Donna S made me and all the other participants feel valued.

I've had one meeting so far with David Rennie of Jobs-22 (and the NCS) at our local job centre. I feel confident that I'm in good hands - he's looked over my CV and given me suggestions on how to proceed, and reassured me of support throughout my careers journey. Really positive experience.

My employment coach Vicki Hall in Lincoln is absolutely amazing. I started with a different employment coach, and Vicki took over, and I can honestly say I am so glad to have met her. I hadn't had a job for just over 4 years due to looking after my children. Joining jobs-22 I had very low self-confidence, and very reluctant to get a job because of it and the anxiety I had of meeting new people. Vicki has helped me gain that confidence I needed, and I am now working - my dream job may I add, and have gained friends through work. Vicki has helped me change my life, and myself for the better and I honestly can not thank her enough and I am so grateful for her and all she has done. She is a massive credit to Jobs-22, and anyone who has her as their employment coach is incredibly lucky.

Have recently been assigned a new Employment Coach Sarah Clarke who is a breath of fresh air and super helpful my previous Employment Coach Sally was accusing me of lying and telling me I was wrong all the time, when I joined Restart I was hopeful but as time went on I felt hopeless, as I was belittled and bullied in front of other jibseekerz, thank the lord she is no longer at Jobs 22

As an employer working with Jobs22 is a pleasure, they are truly passionate about what they do and it shows everyday in the work they produce. I look forward to working with them for a long time to come, as well as saving our company money whilst keeping the standards of candidates high they are always a really nice friendly bunch.

Verity, my employment coach at Luton is amazing and has helped me a lot. Joe Castanga has also been a huge support with helping me find work. I am grateful for both of their hard work.

The team has no idea on how public transport works. Give you jobs to go for miles out. I live in Leicester where the Bus services is joke. But there staff who are car based. Have simply no thought for clients who use the Bus

Thanks to the tireless work of my Employment Coach Saoirse, some training sessions from Bobby and the guidance and assistance from Health Coach Andree, I've now secured work after a few years out and am back to recovering my mental health as well. The team has been unbelievably helpful and has refused to give up on me even when I wasn't co-operating as well as I should have.

I’ve been undecided to post this review as overall the staff and the it course I was sent on has been great, since being in Restart but my Employment Coach Sally has been nothing short of horrible, unsupportive and very insulting I thought coming to restart was to help me not make me lose confidence, as I mentioned I was very reluctant to post this but it needs to be done
