I ordered 50 pieces of a cnc machined part in 304 stainless and it turned out great. Dimensions are right on. Parts are clean and smooth. I'll definitely be ordering again

Update: I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 2 because after a month of back and forth, they did refund my order. I still will never order from them again. ----------------------------------------------- Our order was multiple weeks delayed. When we received it, it was broken and honestly the worst quality print I've received. We sent photos to 3D hubs, and they refused to refund the order.

Great experience! I discovered Hubs right around the time they changed their name from 3D Hubs to Hubs. I was doing some prototyping and the pricing I was getting elsewhere just wasn't cutting it. The Hubs pricing was considerably better than a few other places I had made prototype parts. So, I gave it a try and I have been using them ever since. I have also made production parts with them now, and the pricing on production parts is equally as good, as they were competitive with a Chinese based manufacturing partner I have used in the past. There is also a 25% tariff in place for the production parts I have made, so in the end they were actually cheaper because of the tariff and because of the shipping costs being much lower as well. I had been wanting to move away from Chinese manufacturing for a variety of reasons, and Hubs have proved to be a great replacement. There have been a few issues, but Hubs has given great customer service, and resolved most of my issues within a few hours. The service isn't perfect, and could use some enhancements around tolerances (understanding ISO-286-2 shaft/hole tolerances as an example), for my parts needs, but because the service is good, it hasn't been an issue, and the quotes get turned around quickly. I'm very pleased, and hopefully we will continue to have a long business partnership.

I use Hubs primarily for MJF Printing. The quality is always phenomenal, and the turn around time is always well under the latest estimate. Expedited shipping is available upon request!

They deliver quickly. They listen to feedback. The parts I got were accurate. Material selection is sometimes lacking but that comes with being fast and having stocked materials. They have most materials you could want on hand. If you have any issues with a supplier they won't use them in the future for your parts. The prices are generally less than other similar companies. I go to 3D Hubs first.

Hi, I was pleased with HUBS.com orders and delivery my custom parts due to two factors: - high quality of their work (all parts were within tolerance) - communication with production team was transparent and clear, parts came within lead time.

Hubs delivered excellent parts in good time but the printing vendor shipped them un-cleaned. Hubs customer support quickly and satisfactorily worked through the dispute. The parts were soon cleaned and usable. All ended well.

Hubs is hit or miss. My experience is in regards to MJF printing. You're either going to get a great looking part from one of their manufacturers that actually know that they are doing, or a garbage part from a company that is obviously new to printing. The problem is, they do not provide information on who is printing the part and their re-order/versioning systems have technical issues. Don't expect your part description to update properly when reordering. Don't expect proper tools for print orientation, they lack features like angular adjustment. I received some good parts from hubs in the past, but where my experience with them really took a turn for the worst is their customer service. Phone lines are a call back system, good luck getting a call back. Email support will do ANYTHING not to reprint your parts while providing NO useful feedback on how you can improve quality for your next order. I doubt support has ever even seen a 3D printer before. Hubs is not interested in helping you print parts, they want you to experiment by reordering prints over and over again with lacking tools, little information, and little chance it's going back to the previous manufacturer. You're going to waste hundreds/thousands of dollars rolling the dice with hubs. I have. Hubs is good at some things, their CNC parts are good quality and a great value, but I suspect this has to do with the plethora of experienced CNC companies today. MJF is a relatively new technology and many companies are cutting corners or simply operating the machines poorly. My recommendation. Use hubs to generate a quote so you can better negotiate with local companies that actually care about your continued business and are willing to help you perfect your production techniques. Would have been a 5-star 6 months ago, but the cracks start to show as your order more. Stay away if you're looking for consistency. (Notice I wasn't invited to review after my experience)

I have placed several orders for fairly complicated pars and am very pleased with the service, the delivery time and the quality of parts. The 3DHubs website is very useful in helping the selection of a 3D technology for the given part and in providing an immediate quotation.

3D Hubs committed to deliver my part 2 days ago, and as it stands now, I won't get it for another week. Forget about using them for fast turn prototypes. Awful!

Ordered 10 x aluminium parts, each has 9 holes, the hole sizing and internal finish are crucial, when the parts arrived today all the holes are full of aluminium slag welded onto the walls of the holes. I even paid extra for "Smooth Machining", what a waste, these things are rough as. £361.22 wasted + 1 month waiting around for these parts. Absolute shambolic, don't waste your time or your money, using 3D Hubs.
