You are prompt and mostly keep the delivery dates . The product is very close to specs of the design. When there is a problem with the product , you have volunteered to take care of it within 3-5 working days. Attractive is your bulk pricing. Disadvantage is that the order has to be at least $100.00. I understand too small an order is not viable for you to accept. Your Customer representatives are prompt and courteous. Usually they resolve any issues the customer has very quickly. This is what brings me back to you over and over.

I've used Hubs for a few years now. The quality of the parts has nearly always been excellent, and i the few instances where they have fallen short, they have always worked really hard to remediate things.

Your lead times are overly excessive; far longer than you state in the quotes. Your quality control is poor, as unacceptable product was delivered to me and had to be redone. This passed through your QC without issue, so that is a big problem. Ultimately usable product was delivered, but it was well past my deadline, causing the project to cancel.

Great customer service and mostly good parts. One part they had to clarify with me if the holes were tapped. I confirmed that they were tapped, but the part came in un-tapped anyway. They did replace it free of charge though

It appears the part was placed 0.100” too low on the build plate. The bottom 0.100 of the part is missing.

Customer service is very bad. Price after reviewing more than 40% increased for the most simple part, medium tolerances and no fit. they give no explanation and don't read the email properly. One part that was delivered has a fault (hey also noticed it, but just send the part to me) remaking that part is still ongoing after 8 weeks. I don't believe they will solve this.
