Portugal | 08 December 2022I use hubs FDM printed pieces since the beginning of my PhD in 2021 and back then, I never had any problem. However, my 2 last orders came with significant defects and i was unable to use the product. When I tried to talk with Hubs representatives to resolve the problem and deliver new and perfect pieces they send me to a costumer help website that informs I could only complain during the 5 days after order arrival. Sorry, but that doesn’t make sense once I could only notice the defects when I actually used the product for the first time. Because the last defect was related with the porosity of the material. There were big pores that could be visualized in the surface of the piece. The pieces are used as part of a fluidic device, so it’s impossible to use properly if there’s big pores in it. Hope this complain will be useful to improve hubs manufacturing. Thank you. Best, Iasmim Orge

I'm still unhappy about what it took to get anywhere, but at least the issue was caught and addressed properly in the end. Original review below -------------- Generally Awful & Dishonest...they used to be good! Been using hubs for years now and historically been pretty happy with the level of service. Last few orders however have been getting from bad to worse Firstly: Dishonesty - we paid for the "slightly faster" service, and ended getting slower than the slowest. Delays happen.. sure, but their tracking system indicated that it was both shipped and delivered on the same day, one day BEFORE I emailed to ask where it was, and they told me the courier hadn't picked up on time. So it hadn't been shipped, but customer support still told me to go check with a neighbour (presumably on the off chance teleportation had become a reality) Then.. We received the parts and they were just terrible. I used to get better prints from a mk1 prusa on the wrong settings. After sending pictures, our borderline useless customer support rep, informed me that this was the level of quality I should have been expecting, and that they didn't see anything wrong with parts that: - Were 2% out in dimensional terms - Had holes in what was a flat, straight wall, - Bobbles, scratches and defects all over (all parts suffered these issues) I was then offered a 5% discount for the lateness. Lol. They then continued to request I send 60 pictures of the plastic trash that was delivered to us, so they could reprint more plastic for us to put in the bin. We lost the customer sale (late and unacceptable quality), and are still waiting for some form of recompense, that doesn't involve printing more useless garbage. There would have been a time that I would have expected a full refund, called it water under the bridge and tried my luck again with hubs next time, but this experience has been so awful I've actually felt the need to spend my time writing a review. After several thousand spent here, we won't be coming back

United States | 19 November 2022Every company screws up eventually! and a lot depends on how they recover from the screw up, I think Hubs have growing pains and a lot of inexperience people that try there best. You might think I'm full of BS but I have been designing products since 1971 so over 50 years, and I have dealt with a lot of companies. I prefer to deal with one person. The " Customer account manager" but a lot of companies have stopped doing this and I think it's big mistake.
