I ordered parts. Paid in advance. And the products never arrived again. Tech Services didn't respond. So I called the wire service, and even here I was wasting my time. ZERO professionalism. No refund. In my experience, not recommended.

I am a beginner at 3d layout, but I had some 3D designs I wanted built. 3D hubs did a great job making it easy, and they show during the ordering process a rendering of the 3D item once the files are uploaded. This ws good! there was a parameter I was unfamiliar with and set it to 300 um and submitted the order. In the order process, 3D hubs website noted one area of concern regarding clearance and resolution. When the parts were built and shipped, Bryan at 3D hubs mentioned that he reduced the minimum resolution to 150um to get the parts built. This was successful and the note was included in the shipment. That was "going the extra mile" so I really appreciate it. The parts worked great and this service as of great value to me!

I have paid extra (almost 2x price) for lead time of 5 business days. Parts have been made in almost 10 business days and i haven't received any refund. So it is probably pointless to paying more for the shortest lead time.

I've Ordered 100s of parts from 3d Hubs. The online quoting tool was extremely easy to use and offered plenty of material and manufacturing options. I really appreciate being able to upload models and get prints on order in under 15 minutes. Additionally, feedback from the online quoting tool provides useful manufacturing/printing information to refine any uploaded models on an order. Once parts have been ordered, I have always received parts within the lead time specified on each order. And I have always been satisfied with the quality of the parts I've received. Only issue I've had with 3d hubs is not being able to complete multi-material or multi-method orders. I do realize this is likely a logistical issue, but it does cause customers to split orders if multiple materials or methods are required. Lastly, just as a quick comment, it would be great if 3d hubs provided links to material data and specification sheets (if publicly available) so customers can make more informed material choices within the online quoting interface.

Everything went just perfect. Our request was handeld very professional and our account manager was able to help us with all our questions. The parts were delivered on time and in very good quality.

3D Hubs has time and again impressed me with their helpful customer support, quick turnaround times, and quality of parts. Whether it's machined parts or 3D printed parts, 3D hubs can offer an easy-to-use platform, competitive pricing, and unmatched quality. I have placed several bulk orders with the 3D printing service and with the machine shop. My 3D printed parts looked outstanding and functioned perfectly in my project. I expect the same will be the case with my machined parts as well. I always look to 3D Hubs first when I need to order a large volume parts at a reasonable price.

Shocking customer service. Im not normally one to complain but this time, I had to. Ordered some parts originally in February and one of the parts "broke during production." Was not made aware of this issue after two weeks it was due to be delivered when I contacted them myself. They apologised and said the lead time would be delayed further. I asked for a refund but a full refund was not possible, so a partial refund of 20% was done. However, the refund was delayed too! I had to contact them multiple times to get my refund which they finally did after another three weeks! I would think they would at least send me the parts that were printed fine but no, not at all. Already tried using another supplier and couldn't be happier. WILL NEVER USE 3D HUBS EVER AGAIN!!!

Fast delivery & good quality

Nice little parts at 1/2 the cost of the other "rapid guys". This was the first time I specified flexible SLA parts, and I am very happy with the results.

I enjoy using 3D Hub's automated Quote page. It's fast, accurate, and also gives me a list of all the jobs which makes expense reports and taxes very easy.

Has the twin disadvantage of long lead times while also being unable to cancel an order during that lead time. My really small order was estimated to take a week in ‘production’. I called, emailed and messaged through their website within 24 hours of my order but when they got back to me two days later it couldn’t be cancelled. The order languished in production for another week before shipping.

I would like to express my very high appreciation to the quality and the delivery time (2 days before MFR commitment) for the parts i have ordered. I got the highly accurate dimension, very good surface, clean and well packaged.

I collect and replicate famous movie props as a hobby, and when I want to have a true "hero" piece that will get lots of attention, I turn to 3DHubs for parts. I can count on the manufacturing partners to produce the parts as designed down to the smallest detail, with no worries about quality and finish.

Ordered from them four prints of 3Dlabs resin SLA. The first was delivered with significant warping, but was reprinted fine. The deformation was absolutely obvious and they shouldn't have even try to send it - so wasted 3 weeks of my time. The second wasn't delivered at all and they offered refund in almost one month without any explanation or excuse. The third was was 2mm bigger than expected, while advertised precision was 0,5mm. The forth was severely warped. The round part was round, because they damaged it while sending out supports, and the flat part is just warped and unusable.

This was the first time I needed to print a 3d model, it was a simple frame for 4 gauges on our car, but still was really scare about it because of my own luck of experience. The product I received was perfectly done, measures were exactly as the ones in set on my file, the material, even doe again, I don't have that much experience, the 3D hub web has good information about the materials and the differences between all of them, so you can choose correctly, they offer a good ranges of colours, a lotsssss of materials, so... Even thou this ain't cheap, the result is worth it.

3d Hubs is an important part of our iterative process when designing parts for vintage cars or tools for the shop. We appreciate the fact that we can prototype with additive processes and then made production parts with additive or subtractive manufacturing within the same web interface. As technology evolves, 3D Hubs is staying abreast of new materials and finishing techniques.

Ordered 4 parts from their 3D printing service. Their description of their filaments are grossly misleading and should not be believed. The parts I received look nice but might as well be made from uncooked spaghetti, which was immediately shown when one of the parts came broken from shipping. Either they are lying about the quality and properties of their materials or cannot guarantee an actual quality of service from their third-party printers. I had the part made by a local printer in my city and it is clear the way 3D hubs describes their filament properties is extremely deceptive. Do not look for parts from them unless you're Audi or HP because their customer service is just as bad as their products. All I got from them was lost time and money.
