3dhubs is worth looking into! I normally print my own projects. Recently I needed to print a large quantity of parts so I decided to look into using 3dhubs. Cost and time were my biggest concern. 3dhubs makes it so easy to get a quote (within minutes)! Given my experience printing my own, I felt the quoted price was really competitive. Their website is so easy to navigate from quote to ordering! Their promised delivery time is competitive as well. I will use them again for future projects.

Very easy to get a quote and part printed. After uploading my .stl file, The DfM tool found some issues with my part. I resolved them and uploaded again. It passed all tests with the DfM tool. The part arrived as per the quote shipping time. the printed part is excellent quality. Dimensions/scale was correct. It fit into my existing parts perfectly. Great print!

We needed some 3D parts to replace some broken parts in old instruments for our electronics lab. I was under the impression that the quality of 3D hubs was guaranteed, and therefore I recommended that we (my workplace) use 3D hubs for this print job. I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. The quality was poor, with the infill being visible on the backside. We had chosen 100% infill but clearly (as we could see the infill due to no surface) it wasn't. We complained, ticket no.: #459027 Order no.: C-Z1R3DQQ4, however upon "review" of our photo documentation, 3D hubs decided the quality was fulfilling their standards. I will not recommend anyone to use this service, if you actually need to use the printed parts for something other than displaying. Even then you will be disappointed because they look terrible. Also shipping took 3 weeks.

Easy and accurate production of the order. Intuitive and informative selection of materials, with immediate feedback on impact to sourcing and cost. Shipping was quick and well packed. The finished part was a perfect fit. The only detractor is that the first copy total seemed a bit high, especially when compared with the total cost of multiple copies. Overall, it was very nicely done. I will be a repeat customer.

The quality in which my 3d prints turned out were disappointing. The surface of the pills had uneven textures and is worse than other companies i have used.

Usually, my orders are just what I expected - and delivered pretty fast. My last order was not - the contractor, who produced the parts did a fairly sloppy job (i.e. parts that should have had a width of 3mm were only 1,5mm and such). However, 3DHubs was very transparent and agreed to refund me fully and I'll have the parts re-done in a better process. Their customer service is a blast - very responsive, open to discuss and exceptionally helpful.

Everything about this order turned out to be as good or better than expected. The price was very competitive. I was kept informed during the whole process of machining to shipping. The parts turned out to be extremely accurate. I will have no worries using 3D Hubs in the future and would recommend them to everyone.
