This is my first time ordering parts from 3D Hubs. The quality of the parts is great, also the customer service is fantastic. I was in a hurry to get the parts, 3D Hubs kept following my order and even helped me to have the express shipping, I got the parts in time. I will definitely order the parts from 3D Hubs again.

Pleasantly surprised! Fast, good, and cheap. Pick two, right? Well, 3D Hubs delivers on all three, at least for my first order! I like the automated communications (order status, shipping + tracking) and the parts came in on time and they were packaged VERY well! Cardboard box, lined with foam, with each part in a bubble bag, wrapped in paper and taped. And most importantly, the parts were clean and in spec! I'll definitely be back for future orders.

3D Hubs Experience/Review While searching online for several 3D printing companies for an anniversary gift, i found that 3D hubs was the best interface that didn't require me having to upload/send a file to a person to review and get back to me, the online analyser tool made it quick and informed me where to fix my design. I found that the output dimensions of my 3D modelling program (Blender) didn't work well with their website and i had to export several scaled revisions. There was plenty of filament choices which was great and they were the cheapest i could find....even when including the shipping price. The model that i did get printed out was complicated and they had to modify it to print successfully, which unfortunately they didn't contact me about in advance and i am now working with them on a reprint which they have been nothing but helpful in rectifying for me.

They corrected a problem that was actually my fault (wrong shipping address) and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to keep things in stock for my customers. Always have loved using them and will continue to do with support like that.

Picked this platform because its responsive and intuitive over others. It walks you through step by step. I'm old school yet this platform is mind blowing and very easy to use. Wide variety of material choices and finishes. The part arrived in 8 days from China better than the original! Always adding more drill-down information for DIY'ers is welcomed. You won my trust!

I've used 3D Hubs several times now and have been happy with the results. Customer Services is very good too: on my last order my parts were unfortunately printed incorrectly, however I found it very easy to raise a dispute which was very quickly resolved and with great communication from the customer services team. Recommended.

I’m very impressed with this group, I’ve had three sets of multiple small parts with very fine details, I’m talking 0.2 grams. Quality was exceptional, much better detail than expected. The one area I’d like to see improved is the entry of shipping and payment details, PayPal interface would be welcome.. Overall 5 Stars!

This is my 3rd order from 3D Hubs. Every time I have received quality parts in a timely manner. Their site is easy to navigate, and the online tools to show where you may have some problems printing your idea or device is outstanding. I also appreciate their customer service and feedback. I had a great experience with 3dhubs. I recently used them for a 3D printed part that I did not have the capacity to make. Their pricing was very reasonable, and turn time was faster than quoted. The parts looked beautiful too! Will definitely be using them again.

I was a bit nervous ordering a 3D print for the first time, but 3D Hubs perfectly re-created the model I generated on tinkercad very affordably. Shipping was free and fast. Frankly I was blown away at how fast they turned around the order. A+ would use them again instantly. btw: here are the print options I went with: Standard ABS (FDM) Color: White 60% infill, 100µm The part I ordered was 6" square, mostly flat (5mm thick), but with a lot of square through-holes in it for construction purposes.

I have tried 3D-hubs four times, always with best result. Uploading on the site works perfect. The object is automatically analysed and responded on. Choose material, get instant prizing. Make order, directly processed. Pay and wait few days till the object arrives with mail. Smooth!

I am very satisfied with the fact that once the CAD files and the associated engineering drawings are uploaded on the platform, an instant quotation, for the defined manufacturing technique, is generated. In my opinion, this is the fastest quotation generation service I have experienced to date. It is always a pleasure to avail of such service, given the fast pace at which the research and development activities, based on prototyping, are currently advancing. The high quality of the finished parts is, also, an important aspect to mention, alongside the promptly customer support provided, when needed.

Glad I choose 3D Hubs for my project. Long story cut short - I ended up with a poor 3D print due to my choice of material and a faulty 3D printer at the supplier. I asked for a refund and the case was solved fast and efficient to my advantage. I had a 3D print done before this happened where I choose better materials and the quality was excellent. I'll order my next 3D print at 3D Hubs for sure !
