We were very impressed with 3D Hubs' website. It assisted in choosing the right material for our application and immediately calculated its cost. It also confirmed the manufacturability of the part - a feature that we took advantage of to refine the part's design so the very first prototype worked. We appreciated the status updates we received throughout the manufacturing and delivery process. We were also very pleased that we had the part in our hands only a few days after the order was placed and with its quality.

Manufacturing takes place in Shenzhen, China, we have to pay import duty taxes. Really really bad considering their price tag. We really don't want to place any other orders from 3DHubs

Swift response, good attention to detail, very easy to use. I had a number of pieces made in plastic and was allocated a sales agent for each one. Parts arrived promptly and accurately. Getting a quote was easy from STL files - no 2D engineering drawing required.

I will not be using this service again. My prices increased more than tenfold after they re worked the layout of their website. Upon question why this was occurring they simply stated that price updates do happen based on feedback from manufacturers. However, after checking with the manufacturers themselves, this seems not to be true. So thank you 3dhubs for my initial business but I will now be taking it elsewhere. I was very happy with my first orders but you have out-priced yourselves.The first taste was oh so sweet but you left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and I would rather lick the pavement then return as a customer.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the end product provided by Rob's Printing Service. A step up from the quality and finish of the previous order I had done by another party.

Ordered my first 3D print from 3D Hubs. This small part took 4 days to print. Job is outsourced to local manufacturer. Communication with manufacturer is impossible. I was in touch with one of the support staff back at home base. She was professional, however made no attempts to fix the problem. Instead tried to deflect the issue. After the completion of the print it has been 8 days now since it shipped and I still don;t have my print. It was sent by the slowest method possible. It costs $11 in Australia to send things overnight. They chose to send it by boat! Its been 9 days and no one can tell where it even is. In today's age and time where time to market is everything, them treating their customers is appalling Very bad customer service and very slow overall service. I won't use them again.

3D Hubs is awesome for people who can't afford a 3D printer or just need a few one-off prints without bothering to buy a printer. Their service is excellent and the quality of prints is impeccable. The online STL analyser/viewer is super helpful.

I've tried a few, but 3D Hubs is so far the most complete, most competitive and easiest to use. I'm not even trying other website anymore, 3D Hubs is just the benchmark

I know nothing about 3D printing, supplied project files for my project and it turned out it wasn't designed properly for 3D printing. Person who was handling my print spotted it and proposed alteration to the project as well as explained how my chosen material (clear) will look in 3D print. They have great project handling / communication platform. After supplying my project in the evening, agreeing to alterations following morning and before noon my 3D print was in post already, received following day. Really whole process couldn't be any easier and faster, fantastic service. Thank you
