Recently I have ordered 2 3D prints from different shops. After just a week I got them and was very satisfied with it. Prints were very accurate, looking really great, affordable price (25 pcs for 40 euros), nicely packed (one was unregistered mail other registered). Both shops handled orders in very professional manner, responding quickly to any question or request I have had. I would really recommend this service and for sure I will use it in the near future again.

The fast but expensive option: Great company to get quick results for your 3D printing needs. My only reservation is that the website automatically assigns a manufacturer in your area instead of allowing you to choose one. Definitely not ideal if you have a complex print that you know has been printed successfully by a manufacturer but you cannot select them to repeat the job.

I do a considerable amount of 3D printing utilizing services online. 3D Hubs is comparable to other services UNTIL YOU GET TO Shipment Tracking! There is NONE! and Customer Service..... NON-EXISTENT! No one to answer the phone..... IF you can find the number to call. They tell you in a recording they "NO LONGER SERVICE CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE"! And, no one to answer chat. The posted hours of operation, chat, email and phone go UN_ANSWERED. So, bottom line is, as long as you don't have an issue, fine use this ROBOT service and hope for the best as the guys at the top get rich for doing NOTHING! NOT COMING BACK! My business can not afford to work with a one sided service supplier. PEOPLE are still IMPORTANT!
