This is the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. No response to numerous phone calls and a very long wait, or none at all, to emails. I have recently bought a pair of Nolan boots which are both not waterproof as described, but I now seriously doubt whether Vionic care at all. I shall keep on trying to contact them, but I'm not holding my breath. The platitude shown in the replies on Trustpilot is also pathetic. A high volume of calls etc. etc. Your Customer Service is an absolute disgrace and this has clearly been the case for many months - shame on you!

I suffer from fallen arches and plantar fasciitis. This has been so difficult for me I literally couldn't walk properly. I took a very bad fall because of this. Now with Vionics I feel as though I am walking as a normal person would despite my issues. The pain is reduced by 85% I highly recommend these shoes.

First, Vionic shoes are excellent. They have helped my wife with her walking and eased the pain. So, they would get five stars. However, their customer service needs to improve somewhat. My order was taking too long with radio silence for a few days. Eventually they did help me with a refund of postage. If their customer service was a bit faster and more accessible then things would be perfect.

I bought some white ankle books. The rubber on the toe started to separate. Vionic offered a full refund - no quibbles - keep the shoes. All done in a very short time. Oh, that all customer service was like Vionic!

My first pair of Vionic shoes has turned into my second pair and now a third! Having Overpronated since child hood, to now be finding shoes that actually help realign my foot, relieving associated hip pain is something of a miracle!! These shoes, sandals, trainers and loafers all do exactly what they say they will do, in a very short period of time, thank you Vionic!!

Purchased a pair of Vionic Men's Tide Toe Post Sandal. The toe post is made from quite course material which rubs, leaving toe area inflamed. Also quite heavy for a sandal. Had to return for refund Disappointing, was looking forward to my first Vionic purchase.

Like most of the reviews the customer care dept does not respond. Tried alternative email addresses as advised but still no joy. Will not buy from here again unless sure the shoes will fit

Ordered 3pm tuesday, received 2pm wednesday. very impressed. quality feels good and are comfortable to wear, wether they help my leg pain remains to be seen, but impressed so far.

I ordered a pair of sandals on 15 July (#14000207216) and am still waiting for it to arrive. I finally reached someone in customer service yesterday (no response to e-mails, voicemail box is full) and was told that it will be dispatched today, and that if I do not hear anything, to call back. No apology given, no explanation. Not sure why I should call and chase customer service - customer service should call me and keep me updated. It will probably only arrive after summer. So disappointed. Don't waste your time and money on this firm.

I have bought many vionic trainers over the last few years and never had a problem until the last pair where i have worn them on a weekend for under a year and the top canvas is wearing very thin making a hole . I have tried several times to discuss with customer service to get them exchanged and because i am unable to find a receipt or where they were purchased as these were a gift from an ex partner i have been totally dismissed. I have over the last few years recommended my friends and family to the vionic family but i will not be doing this anymore and will now be changing to a different brand - Maybe vionic you need to keep hold of your existing customers and not dismiss them

I have purchased my first ever pair of Vionic shoes .. the leather upper is beautifully soft (I have a bunion so important for me), the fit is perfect and normally shoes are too wide around the instep. I feel it will take a couple of days to get used to them but I am thrilled to bits with the comfort, the look and the feel. Definitely will be buying Vionic boots for the winter .

I had plantar fasciitis and after wearing my vionic sandals for 1 month my foot is so much better. Unfortunately the stitching on one strap came away. I got on to the company and the response was fantastic. I received a new pair of sandals by return of post. I can now look forward to a pain free summer. This product and the customer service team are to be highly recommended.

I ordered trainers as I have plantar fasciatis they arrived next day loved them seemed comfortaolble but absolutely huge ordered a 5 they said they were resizing so in the box the trainers were 5.5 so they have now told me to order a 4 and 4.5 to find what fits me I'm always a uk 5 never had a problem before with any other brand. So I've ordered £300;worth of trainers just to find the right fit hope the refunds are processed quickly

I tried to order online but the transaction did not go through .I ordered on the phone and was distinctly told that I would get a tracking order .I told them I am flying on Friday and I really wanted the order by tomorrow .Looking at the reviews I am petrified that it is not going to come tomorrow as there I have not received any tracking order No .Ordered at 3.30pm .I really should have read the reviews 😕

I placed an order on 27/04/22 for 1 pair of Vionic trainers but was delivered and charged for 2 (exact same item!). Delivery was the next day and so I didn't get a chance to advise of the error. The trainers I ordered were the Ayse Trainer wide as I have plantar fasciitis currently and require some additional arch support. The item seemed very insubstantial and was too small so I returned these and the other pair sent at the same time. Since I have returned the items I still have not received a refund £200.00 which is a lot of money to me! I have emailed customer service and only received a response a week later once I had flagged this up with Paypal (who are now looking into this). When I tried to call customer service there was no one to answer the call and the voice mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a message. I shop online all the time, I think this is now second nature since the Covid lockdown, and I have never encountered this much trouble and stress trying to find out where my money is and where the returns are. According to my Evri parcel tracking - they have my parcels and that appears to be where everything stops! All I know is I have returned 2 pairs of trainers and require a refund from Vionic and appear to be getting nowhere fast. I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before I purchased, silly me. Please be warned do not buy from this company if there is any chance you might want to return an item.

I would love to give a positive review but exactly two weeks after placing my order ( via a very odd international payment system ) nothing has arrived. At time of ordering delivery was promised in 5 to 15 days and,most worryingly of all, nobody will speak to me to give any delivery information. Two emails and a message on their customer service phone line have produced nothing but silence. Have I been scammed by a clone web site ? I am not entirely persuaded by your reply. I have an ID number 2204250044252477 and an order number 1SC-jj4058nn-vck45. Can you confirm that these have nothing to do with Vionic ? Thanks for the second reply. The plot thickens ... I have now logged into my account and found Order 44b638-45. Can you clarify re this ... apologies for doing this on Trustpi!ot but I cannot manage to get your team to make phone contact. Today's update is that Gemma has been in touch to confirm that I have definitely used a scam/clone website which Vionic are in the process of getting closed down. I have to take responsibility here for being duped but Vionic should have been in touch with me much more rapidly and, should be moving heaven and earth to shut down the illegal operation and protect their brand. I have amended my rating to 3 stars but cannot go any further due to slow customer service and slower lawyers. I should not have had to use Trustpilot to communicate with Vionic shoes.

This company must be overwhelmed with complaints as the emails are not answered nor are messages left on their system replied to. I returned 2 pairs of shoes on the19th of march using the method laid out in the returns policy using Hermes/Evri, still no refund. I suppose the next step is to contact my card provider for a chargeback I will not be using this company again.

Excellent service. I ordered a pair of walking shoes which were received the next day. They are perfect and very comfortable. I then ordered a pair of slippers on 1 April which have arrived today. Having the built in arch supports means I am now walking properly.

Absolutely horrendous return service. They have had my return now for 10 days & I'm still to receive my refund. They keep messing me around even though I have sent them copies of the label & invoices from my hermes, they still haven't paid me. I'm disgusted by the service & will be reporting them to trading standards if I don't get my money back this week!!!
