Awful service - two weeks and still no shoes! I ordered two pairs of shoes on 24th November and paid for delivery. After a week I had no shoes and the tracking info seemed stuck. I called and Vionic said the shoes were lost and organised a replacement. The replacement order also appears to have been lost by the courier. This time I have left two unreturned voicemails, emailed wirh no response and I’ve also managed to speak to two people who say they will look into my order and respond to me but then i get no reply. I’ve spent well over £100 and I now have no shoes for an upcoming trip to London when I’ve been suffering from plantar fasciitis pain. Customer service has been appalling.

Totally confused with the sizes. Been happily buying a size 7 for years. European size 41.... Why change? Now there is no option for a size 7 and a European 41 is now a size 8. But I have been told by vionic to get a size down if I usually wear a size 7 - I have wide feet, surely a size down would be too tight. This certainly puts me off continuing my purchases. Totally confused customer. UPDATE... Further to your reply, I'm even more confused now as I have received an email to let me know you have sized everything up 1/2 size as customers said your shoes were smaller to the rest of the industry. So I was advised to buy choose 1/2 size down to my usual size..... Why scale up then tell customers to buy a size down 🤷‍♀️? I would love to hear your comments. Thank you

Ordered some shoes and slippers. The shoes where too big, which I couldn’t understand why, as I have an identical pair. On the shoe it said 5.5 and on the box it said 5.00 On phoning Vionic they said they have increased the sizing by half a size, but not on all shoes and not on men’s and not on slippers. So I asked for a returns label. That was over a week ago, still nothing and an answer phone when you ring. Really fed up and don’t feel I want to order from them again.

An e mail arrived offering me postage cost as a first time buyer. Unfortunately I had paid for postage when purchasing boots. But, I received another e mail offering a refund. Great service!! Thanks soo much. Can’t wait for boots to arrive!

Excellent customer service! The shoes didn’t fit unfortunately, but that was due to my recent surgery. Quality seemed very good, I will try them again in a few months when my foot has healed.

I have ordered vionic shoes for my mother before. The shoes are fantastic quality and really help her with her foot pain. So I had no problem ordering her a new pair. However vionic have started using evri as their delivery couriers. The worst rated delivery company in the UK. They left the parcel in my garden visible from the street.i don't have a gate on my drive. They shoved the parcel behind my Wheely bin and took a picture. According to Nikki at vionic that qualifies as proof of delivery. The parcel was not there when I got home and somehow this is my fault.

I also spoke to Nikki today and she was helpful and friendly. EVRI hadn't delivered my parcel for the last 6 days and she kindly offered to chase it and come back to me via email. She did this and also arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away when it turned out that the couriers had lost it. A pleasure to deal with.

Excellent company to deal with. I love vionic shoes & boots. Love the fact that I can try them out & about & still send them back if not happy. I have only ever had to send one pair back & it was an easy experience. Also they honoured a price drop for a pair that I had only just received as price went down.

Today I spoke to Nikki. What a lovely young lady, efficient, polite, very helpful and professional - thank you Nikki. I was returning two pairs of trainers (due to sizing) and re-ordering the same. She refunded my postage so I wouldn't have to pay twice and sent me a returns label literally within seconds. Absolutely fantastic company to deal with and great quality trainers too.

I ordered my shoes for a special occasion as of today 21st November they still haven't arrived. Its too late for my special occasion so I have asked for the money back Let's see how long that takes VERY DISAPPOINTED

I rang to ask advice on some slippers I wanted to order. I have bought Vionic Slippers before and been very happy with them. The styles I was interested in are new styles and I had one or two questions. Gemma in the office was very helpful. There was no problem ordering more than one pair to help find the right size. She dealt with my questions efficiently. Received the slippers the next day. Excellent Customer Service. Thank you.

I have just bought another pair of the winny shoes after a very hassle free exchange due to size. Again, excellent customer service from start to finish and I’m thrilled with my new vionics. So happy to have another pair in a different colour this time!

I bought my shoes in October. Everything went very smoothly, I was surprised that they were delivered next day. Shoes were good quality but not my style. I returned them next day and since then there is silence. Customer service is a joke, nobody pick up the phone, I wrote 3 emails to customer service and also no response. They did not return my money and it's been a month since I returned. I am very disappointed 😞.

What a brilliant company. I’m very impressed. The shoes I purchased were lovely but it was my bunions that were the problem. Super fast delivery, fast return and refund. Highly recommended for the fantastic customer service and quality footwear.

I bought shoes from here for work, I’m a vet. I spend 13-14 hours on my feet and these shoes are the best!! I’ve now bought 5 pairs for various purposes in 1 year! Love them!

Bought some Vionic spencer boots ,usually have problems as I have quite broad foot, these boots are excellent. Not only do they have a side zip,they are laced at front so definitely easy to get on .customer service fantastic .prompt response to any query.ordered 12th Oct lunchtime. Delivered 13th Oct lunchtime..Well done .Will be definitely buy again.

Very pleased with the 2 pairs of flip flops purchased from Vioninics but unfortunately their £100 pair of trainers fell apart after a few months wear. After much emailing back and forth with evidence I was only offered a £15 discount and no real apology. Very disappointed!

I have been surprised by some of the reviews in relation to customer service. My experience has been hugely positive and worthy of the 5 stars I have given it. I bought a pair of trainers in August which are amazingly comfortable. Unfortunately, one of the shoes developed a fault. I called Vionic UK, was immediately assisted by a very helpful individual and the matter has been resolved with absolutely no quibble. Things can and do go wrong sometimes, its how companies respond to complaints sets them apart. Cant fault this company and their response! Will definitely be buying from them again!

I bought some Vionics flip flops in the summer and they are the most comfortable shoes ever. Very helpful and friendly service. I would definitely recommend and will be shopping with Vionics again!

Updated after Vionic response to this review; they have just brazenly lied! There is an issue with the shoes, the photos show it clearly. The reason they were not interested in helping is because I did not buy directly from them, so they have washed their hands of it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I have Dreadful product and dreadful customer service. I spent £90 on some trainers which were initially wonderful! Fast forward 6 months and the interior is already breaking down making these now the most uncomfortable shoes I have. Vionic couldn’t care less! Had me take pictures several times proving the issue, only to be told “sorry we can’t help you”. Last time I buy anything from these cowboys ever again! Great shoes if nothing goes wrong, but I’ll be saving my money and going back to New Balance whose customer service and products are excellent!
