Complete joke. Sizing is inaccurate, heel height mis-stated and compulsory £5 next day delivery never materialises on time. Outsourced call centre, phone lines permanently engaged and no reply to emails. Utterly bizarre and the worst of e commerce encapsulated.

Spotted the ad. online and found brilliant footwear, needed in a hurry for a gift, but due to current computer blips ordered by ‘phone.The shoes arrived the next day - even nicer than expected. Staff were helpful, efficient, friendly - what more could one say!

After suffering with plantar pain for almost 18 months I decided to Google arch support sandals and the Vionic website appeared. I ordered some Kirra sandals. Well I am so impressed with the quality but also the fact that I'm walking pain free especially in the morning when I dread those first steps of pain. I'm not saying they have cured it instantly but they have made the pain much more bearable. Thank you. My only issue was with paying for £5 for next day delivery when I don't really need my second pair urgently. A choice of standard delivery too would be better maybe? Thanks again Vironic. I recently bought, after years of hearing about them some shoes by Vionics.Sliders to be exact in the Sale, as i didn't want to go mad on Price. When they arrived(which was very quickly) I stuck to the instructions of wearing them for an hour first etc. I have a problem with Pronation,i could feel the difference in my lower back immediately. I wore them every day.The right foot was very comfortable but i noticed the Left foot was not so good. In the end i had to return them. This was also amazing,i emailed Customer Services about returning them i explained i didnt have a printer,and i couldn't get to a Hermes outlet No Problem.A label was sent out and a Courier,and my refund was in the bank within 2/3 days. I would recommend Vionics.For their service alone.There aren't many Companies where you would get this kind of Service.I just wish my Feet had cooperated in the same way.

Vionic trainers are great and I always buy in their sale. I now have 6 pairs . The last 3 pairs bought in their latest sale . Ordered 2 pairs at 3.30pm delivered next day ! Another pair ordered 3 days later ,again delivered the next day. I can't complain about their service at all . All within the last 2 weeks . Size I always order a half size up in wide and always fab fit.Thank you

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers. No notification of despatch. 1 pair arrived a week ago. I've tried ringing on numerous occasions and always goes to an ansaphone. I've left a message explaining the other pair still has not been delivered and also emailed this company. This is now 2 weeks since order placed. I even left a poor review on their own site reporting atrocious lack of any level of customer service in a last ditch effort to get someone in this company to sit up and take notice, and I'm still waiting for the courtesy of any form of contact. I have now instructed my bank to progress a charge back so at least I can get my money back. These shoes are not cheap , but their customer service is definitely cheap. Very dissatisfied.

I have emailed and left numerous voicemails regarding a pair of recently purchased boots. I have had no response at all. I;m so disappointed. Customer service has always been great up until now.

I have had 10 months of Plantar Fasciitis. Very painful so I was on the lookout for shoes that helped me. I recently bought Vionic Carlin Slippers OMG spectacular arch support . What a game changer in helping to alleviate pain. So then I decided to buy Roma sandals. They arrived and are so comfortable and light . Need something smart to wear with trousers, dresses and skirts for my holidays in the summer. I also purchased the Randi sandals still waiting for them to arrive. Arch support is critical in shoes with plantar fasciitis as I have high arches. I dealt also with a wonderful Customer Service agent called Gemma with a product query and her manner , professionalism and exemplary customer service skills were exceptional. Thanks Gemma for looking after me. Vionic will certainly have a customer for life now . Also I am a regular size 4 and the 4 fit me well

I received my extremely comfortable slippers promptly and with no fuss, will use Vionic again Thank you

Better than RM Williams - 5 Stars WILD opening I know, but hear me out. I'm an Aussie bloke that's always loved my RM's. But since developing issues with my feet I needed something more supportive. I found Vionic Kingsleys and was a little sceptical about the price but went for it. THE COMFIEST SHOES I'VE EVER WORN! Cannot recommend highly enough!

The worst shopping experience for some time. Do not bother to place an order. Day 2 of lies from their delivery company, Hermes. Truly disappointing. I would never shop with this business again.

Just brilliant, you have made such a difference for me. Limping and struggling to walk even short distances because of this plantar thingy before I found Vionic footwear. Now I can walk with our dogs, do work on our farm, go shopping on hard pavements and my feet are supported in a way not thought possible by me a few weeks ago. I am now changing over all of my footwear where feasible to Vionic shoes so that I can just get on with my life, walking wise. Great prices, TOP quality products wide choice and terrific customer service and communications in every aspect. I cannot recommend this company any higher than I have, just brilliant in every way.

Vionic shoes really are the difference between me being able to leave the house or not. They provide stability and comfort and their range is extensive enough to suit all tastes. Just received my Dayna Loafers today. These have to be the best shoes I have ever slipped my feet into. I have a few pairs of Vionics and these are wonderful. With a knee issue at the moment, I need comfort and shoes that look good too and these shoes are perfection! Wonderful, quality shoes, excellent service, delivered in no time. To Ireland. Great quality, comfy shoes/boots. I am so happy I gave this company a try I’ve ordered two pairs of boots and one pair of strappy heels. All have instep support and are super comfortable. I sent 1 pair of boots back (as I ordered two for comparison) return was easy. I will definitely order again no more uncomfortable shoes for me.

Purchased a pair of Vionic Zoe lace up boots December last year £89.99. Noticed last week when I got them out for the winter that the soles have holes through to the inner of the boot. Complained to Vionic and was told that it was down to wear and tear. A pair of fur trimmed boots that have only been worn for a maximum of five months are now useless. Total waste of money, I would not waste my money with this company, will purchase elsewhere. Poor customer service, not interested in a resolution

I received yesterday my lovely pair of block heel Natalie, I'm very pleased with it. Very well made pair of shoes, simple and smart design. We can feel the quality straight way. Even better that I found it on sale. I wish I could have it in different colours. Customer service was great too.
