Best shoes I have ever had very confortable and support Arches

Thank god! These shoes are a game changer - I over pronate so need arch support and usually have to make the choice between trainers with orthotics or having battered feet at the end of the day. They're not as good as my custom orthotics - obviously - but a great solution when I want to look nice. Delivery is fast, returns are easy. I have 4 pairs now and love them all. Highly recommended.

Really poor stuff which smelt strongly of artificial material although for the price I thought they would be real leather or suede. The shoes are supposed to be good for your feet - these were tight and pinched. I'm really disappointed as I thought they were supposed to be one of the best.

I Have shopped with them a few times, purchasing shoes, boots and insoles. All arrived quickly and with the added confidence that if you find the shoes uncomfortable you can send them back within 30 days. I have found the shoes to be comfortable and a great help. With a good range/choice styles and widths I don’t feel limited on shoes anymore.

I recently purchased the Walker classic trainers, I work on a hospital ward & walk miles on my long shifts. These are so comfortable & the arch support is perfect. After years of getting custom made insoles from podiatry with no success, I finally can get through my day without pain. This is my 3rd pair of vionic trainers & will never purchase another brand after these. Thank you.

I recently had a problem with a pair of sandals - the quality of the sandals was good so I think it was just one of those things. However, when I contacted Vionic the customer service was excellent and very prompt. I would have no hesitation shopping with them in the future.

I had not hear of Vionic Shoes UK before but was desperate for a navy size 7 flat shoe in leather and a wide fit. Looked online and was unable to find an affordable pair that I liked. I came across the Vionic site and really liked the shoe that had a patent toe. I placed the order online yesterday, 27th September 21 and was dumbfounded when Hermes delivered them this morning to my home in East Renfrewshire!! With the petrol problems I expected the delivery to take around a week or so. The shoes are exactly as pictured and they fit perfectly. Amazing service and fabulous shoes.

I bought a size 4 winter boot which was too small so sent for 4.5 which proved a perfect fit. My experience of purchasing, returning and the refund process is one of the best I have had with online purchases. I will have no hesitation in using this company in the future.

Although on this occasion the product wasn’t right for me, I received the best ever Customer Service from this company, primarily from Nicola. Whoever I spoke to on the team was professional, efficient, kind and did exactly what they promised to do. Nothing was too much trouble; couldn’t fault them.

Had to return two pairs of shoes and, one week after Hermes delivered them back, I am still waiting for confirmation that the warehouse has them and therefore my refund. Email responses are painfully slow. I like the shoes but the fact they use Hermes and their responses, make me hesitant to try them again.

Vionic has excellent customer service . They refunded me for two pairs of sandals which caused me blisters. I have had many vionic shoes and have on the whole being pleased with them. So if I buy again, I will wear them in my carpeted rooms for couple of hours to make sure that they they suit my foot shape. Some of their sandals have man-made in a lining, this this is what caused my blisters .however I have noticed other vionic shoes have leather lining.

I have been really delighted to find Vionic. Suffering with my achilles and on the advice of my physio looked for footwear with proper orthotic support. Customer service were brilliant as I wanted to try 2 different sizes. Return of the pair that didn't fit was faultless and refund processed same day. Will certainly be using Vionic as my go-to brand from now on

As I suffer from severe mid-joint arthritis in both feet, I have to wear shoes with an inbuilt arch support -- or orthotics -- and having discovered Vionic a few years back, I have finally found a make that is practical, comfortable AND attractive; a "mix" hard to find! The customer service is second to none too, with exceptionally speedy delivery and a no-nonsense returns policy. I now have numerous pairs in different styles -- including sandals -- and can thoroughly recommend Vionic shoes!

Just to update on my recent review and I believe thanks to this website. Vionic customer care service did respond as they promised and with the assistance of Nicola I have finally returned my purchase and have been promised a complete refund. Thank you Nicola.

First purchase, Friday 4.40 ish ordered arrived Saturday lunch time, I had a code for free delivery which did not work, I emailed them, had refund on Monday morning, shoes exactly as described, carefully packaged, lovely email from Natalie customer services, I can only say I am fully satisfied.

VERY POOR customer service! I ordered some sandals which were due to arrive on Thursday 5th & still no sign of them, unable to get an answers from customer service after 2 emails, no one answering the phones, an answer phone message & 2 messengers still no answers as to where my sandals are. As for Hermes tracking what a load of s**t. All I want is for someone to acknowledge I bloody exist, you have money so would like the product I purchased.

Last year I bought some wonderful super- comfortable super-glam tigerskin Vionic sandals. Ten days ago I went to an open-air concert with my 20-month-old grandson. The heavens opened and Biblical rain poured down for hours. My grandson was thrilled to be able to frolic in the four-inch-deep puddles and I, reluctantly, had to follow. After an hour of total immersion I was resigned to kissing goodbye to my sandals.Sadly I put them in the airing cupboard overnight, expecting to find a disintegrated heap of cardboard the next morning. Imagine my delight when I found them as new the next day, not one hair of tigerskin shed! In an era when so many cheap shoes fall to pieces after the briefest brush with the English weather, I was truly impressed.

Placed order over the weekend. Meant to be next working day despatch. 2 days down the line no despatch email, no response to my email to them and unable to speak on the telephone lines. Poor customer service Further to the response, why was there no email on Monday about the despatch please? It is Wednesday now and no delivery yet. Kindly refund and I shall make sure not to buy directly from you the next time. Your shoe quality might be excellent but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The choice of Hermes as the courier rings alarm bells anyway. Many thanks

I am extremely happy with these shoes. I have very flat feet. Very very flat. Since my childhood i have been struggling with finding the comfortable pair, (even not thinking about the style, just at least a pair that would feet was already achievement). I was using orthopedic soles but no results. These shoes are extremely supportive and also very cute and stylish. I don't understand why they are not advertising them more, as these shoes will change life of a lot of people!!! My life will change now. I am finally able to ware a heeled sandal, without sliding forward.(sliding forward is a common issue as flat feet do not have arch.) Thanks to your team of developers and researchers who create this life changing solutions!!!
