Denmark | 21 July 2019Realy bad costumers support no info on tracking ones pc or other stuff no info on web side whots in the pc needed tu go throw the 2 side tu finde it and ask them I contacted them porsenal and no text back 0 I will never bey or if Enny one ask me shut dy bey from I will 100% say NO finde a other side or other company a lot better ... sry for the bad review but just what I have got for a treatment from them >:(

France | 08 July 2019PAS de réponse du vendeur suite aux nombreux problèmes avec ce PC VIBOX vendu comme "PC Gamer". Un PC Gamer qui déjà ne fait pas fonctionner les jeux. Certains oui, à basse définition pendant 15 minutes jusqu'à ce que le PC s'éteigne d'un coup. Ralentissement fréquent. Et le plus important...cela fait moins de 2 ans que je l'ai. Et il m'a grillé un écran, j'en ai prit un autre pensant que c'était un problème avec mon écran...au bout de 5 minutes, le nouvel écran grillé aussi...et inutilisable. Je n'arrive pas à avoir de réponse du vendeur, et lorsque je contacte le service DARTY ils me disent qu'ils ont envoyé mon mail au vendeur....toujours pas de réponse ! A fuir, je ne commanderai plus ni chez Darty et encore moins la marque Vibox !

France | 05 May 2019Livré dans les délais, mais avec des problèmes. L'écran fourni avec le PC était tordu à l'arrière. Le PC ne fait à peine tourner des jeux de bases, avec un prix exorbitant pour les composants, commence à bluescreen sans arrêt au bout de 2h de configuration du pc. Il a cessé son fonctionnement à peine 24h après sa réception à cause des drivers qui se sont "corrompus" avec des bluescreens à longueur de journée. L'expéditeur nous a facturé plus de 100€ car nous avions oublié de rendre la clé Windows avec le reste des composants (C'est encore si on arrivait à leur renvoyer le pc). Ils ont même refusé que nous leur renvoyons le PC pour être remboursés, mais c'est avec plusieurs prises de tête que le pc a pu être renvoyé avec tout le reste.

Vibox answered any questions i had over the years and are continuing to help me as I wish to upgrade some parts to play the latest games, their lifetime labour is great as i can now buy my new parts from them and they will fit, test and overclock everything for me :) Would highly recommend this company, they have been great!

I contacted Vibox as the terms state it was supplied with a two year guarantee. The service levels from Vibox were great and couldn't wished for any better. Within a week of receiving the computer that i returned they had returned it back with new parts. I would definitely recommend Vibox. The customer service was also a good experience. Will be using them for any future purchases. Thank you to the whole team at Vibox. :)

United Kingdom | 14 April 2018I recently bought a pc from Vibox, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they built and shipped the pc in only 5 working days with the standard build-time option. as for the pc itself, everything works well and looks great including the great cable management, I honestly don't think they could have done a better job with the build. I was also very satisfied with the technical support which was very quick and helpful when I had a query. I would definitely buy from Vibox again.

United Kingdom | 04 April 2018My son bought a pc from these cowboys and when it went in for repair they damaged the case, button and hard drive. They were stupid enough to send us pics showing the pc was fine when they received it back and when we sent them pics showing damage they had the cheek to blame us. Amazon told them to refund or replace but they just laughed as they knew it was to late to file a claim under Amazons 90 day rule despite the pc still under warranty. Had the cheek to ask for £165.39 to repair damage they caused. Do not buy please, they sell overpriced pcs and then will blame you if anything. Goes wrong. Spend with a decent company who care about their customers. You cannot get your money back through your credit card either as they are classed as a third party seller. Amazon just let them carry on taking people's hard earned money, then say it isn't our responsibility so no wonder they know they can get away with it. My son is now left with a expensive pc that is damaged. Avoid them like the plague !!!

Bought one of their bottom-end PC's but later found it was to low a spec to run my son's top-end Samsung Qled 4K curved monitor (lots of lag). They said the GPU (graphice card) was way below that required to run said monitor so sent it back for a suitable card upgrade along with better spec RAM and heaver power supply. Always got through on the phone re any questions. Ron S-M

United Kingdom | 24 January 2018I purchased 2 Vibox gaming computer bundles 3 years ago, and during the first year or two, required some technical support which they were very helpful to assist me in solving. Most recently one of the computers kept powering down after a few minutes, but despite being out of Warranty, they were happy to arrange collection and diagnosis all for £55. Although there was a week delay before one of their tech guys was able to start work on it, they were quick to diagnose and communicate their findings. Along with their quote I also enquired about the cost of upgrading the graphics card, which again they were most helpful in recommending and installing, and I am thrilled to have it back with me after 2 weeks in full working order. Throughout the process I have found any email and phone communication very prompt and courteous, as well as reassured with their technical ‘know how’ and support. They may not be the cheapest, though in honesty I’ve never felt the need to shop around, purely because I am a believer in ‘you get what you pay for!’. Thanks To all the team at Vibox

When installing it on Xmas day we encountered a problem with the operating system we purchased separately. We contacted Vibox for advice via email in Xmas day, not expecting to get a reply and within 2 hours we had a reply. They gave us step by step instructions to resolve our issue. To have this kind of service on Xmas day is exceptional and the team from Vibox have gone above and beyond to help us out. The product we bought is fantastic and our 15 year old loves it. Would recommend Vibox to everyone

United Kingdom | 13 November 2017Should have read the reviews first, so spent £681 on a custom built machine, then found out all the parts are crap, but it was fast so I felt ok about it until it broke and wouldn't come back on again and even with the support I wasn't able to get it working again. I opted for a refund instead because I wasn't happy it only lasted 3 weeks. The responses I have received are not helpful, they have said they will only refund if it's hardware issues and not software. That's not allowed, then furthermore after I had contacted a solicitor for advice they said I could return it but then it needs to have the cardboard box it came in, and because I binned it they want to charge me £22.99 for a box that isn't in the invoice. It's not mentioned in the t&cs but they sprung it up out of nowhere, should have gone to a proper company. Overall still a shocking company, ended up buying a mini pc built by inside-tech i7 Pentium with 8GB RAM 128 SSD and it was only £500, amazing quality.
