Ordered a bespoke box for a birthday present. Needed it made, tested and delivered before the day itself even though I had left it a little late to be certain of delivery before the day. Vibox customer services were happy to help make sure the box was prioritised and delivered with a few days to spare, even when some changes had to be made to ensure the components I chose fitted and worked properly together. Several email exchanges kept me up to date on progress and when ready an overnight delivery arrived. Hope he likes it! Would happily recommend the service!

Inept builders, terrible pricing and terrible punctuality on delivery. Some report positively but I would never take the risk again, make the right choice and shop elsewhere

New to the world of PC's and am so glad I chose to buy direct from Vibox. The customer services team is exceptional. Both before and after purchasing and even over a year on! The PC itself is great, works as it should, no troubleshooting, which is what I need as I am a challenged in the technology department!! I highly recommend buying from these guys, they know their stuff and are always there to help when you don't!

I purchased a computer from Vibox on 26th June and it arrived on 14th July. The PC was sent using DPD next-day tracked delivery and it was delivered in the 1 hour time slot provided by DPD. I used the custom builder on the website which was very easy to use but as I am quite tech-savvy, I installed the hard drives myself and opted for a build without these parts. It is very easy to swap in and out parts as you see fit, with price updates at the bottom - No hidden charges! I made the purchase and later received a phone call from Vibox explaining that the case I had selected was too small for the water cooler I had purchased. They offered to fit a smaller cooler and refund the difference however I chose to purchase a bigger case and made the payment over the phone. I thought changing the case would hinder the build process a little however I still received the PC on time. The computer was well packaged (delivered in the case box and then a larger box with all spare cables, installation cds, game codes, stickers and accessories). It also had protective packaging inside the PC to prevent damage during transit along with plastic wraps to protect from scratches. The build quality on the PC is excellent and I would definitely recommend Vibox in the future. The computer looks amazing and performs brilliantly. The price was also very competitive considering other companies - In fact, I couldn't have bought the components cheaper and built the PC myself! Overall, a very pleasing experience. I did receive a War Thunder bonus game with my PC however I did also order a Nvidia graphics card of which there was a promotion for a free copy of Destiny 2 at the time. Vibox didn't advertise this so I assume this promotion was either direct from Nvidia only or Vibox wasn't participating in the promotion or that I ordered an Asus Strix version so it's no big deal and definitely nothing to mark down on. For reference, here are my specs (I installed my own hard drives): Corsair Carbide 300R (Case) Intel I7 7700K (Processor) Asus GTX 1080Ti Strix 11GB (GPU) Asus ROG - Maximus IX Code (Motherboard) 2 x 8GB Dominator Platinum RAM (3000Mhz DDR4) Corsair Hydro H100i V2 (Cooler) Corsair HX850i (PSU) Asus DVD RW

Une marque Anglaise qui monte les pc à la demande et qui fait du très bon boulot au niveau des composants, périphériques etc... Les pièces du pc sont généralement garantie à vie et vous pouvez disposer de réduction si votre machine devient obsolète. Au niveau du Sav rien à redire En cas de soucis seulement les frais de port à la charge du client. De très bonne explication envoyé par mail et en vidéos traduite en Français Espagnol et Allemand. Franchement une super marque 👌

I called Vibox Ltd, because I had a software problem on my computer. I did not have to wait on the phone for long to speak to a technician, and when I spoke to the technician she was very helpful. She new what the problem was within minutes, and emailed simple instructions on how to fix it. I would highly recommend this company for this service.

I have just purchased the 3rd PC from this company, my son and his friend brought the other 2 a couple of years ago. Having witnessed the frankly brilliant level of after sales care that they both received, I had no hesitation using Vibox for my new beast! Both PC's are still going strong, although my son is now suffering from a healthy dose of jealousy. I ordered via Amazon because I found it very easy to select the components I wanted and the bits I don't understand were immediately matched to what I chose. I ended up picking the Pegasus Package 36, a big expense but pretty much perfect for me. I ordered on the 29th May, free shipping estimated delivery from the 7th - 10th June. Obviously knowing the PC had to be built and tested, I expected delivery to be nearer the 10th........ it arrived on the 6th!! I have waited a week to place this review incase there were any teething troubles. There have been none. The instructions for set up provided were simple to follow and I was online in less than an hour. The PC does everything it should, in a manner that is breath taking, I am a very happy customer. Thanks Vibox!!

Ordered a full custom build Customer service is OK. Takes awhile to get an answer to a email. However received my order yesterday and have to day I am not disappointed! Looks bloody awesome. Great cable management, and securely and well packed! Though had a slight problem with delivery (not vibox fault). Had a few issues along the way as I wanted to change an item and it was dealt with perfectly though I could of got an email letting me know what was going on which I didn't. Only gripe I had and I haven't marked them down for this, is: I had to do a total fresh install of Windows to get it working. As alot of others have said it BSOD alot and I found this out when installing drivers could not even get past the login screen! Did a Windows reset which made it worse so done a fresh install which has worked perfectly. I would suggest to vibox that they use the disc provided to the customer to pre install Windows onto the machine instead of using the one they are using now as it obviously has some issues if alot of people are having this problem.

Each and every person who consider to engage with VIBOX I'd like to say that you definitely should. It's not just a reliable supplier but the company with wonderful customer experience. I've found myself in the difficult situation that I've created by my own negligence but the wonderful team of VIBOX helped me not just to find the solution but they've done it exceptionally easy and fast. Hi, its Darren Leggett, I have had my new pc for a few days now, I love it(way better than my IMAC). had a few probs setting it up but that is because of my sight disability and nothing to do with the PC, its amazing. it runs steam games like a dream and I have put it through the most rigorous tests I can think of, it passed 100%. i love the lighting inside as the 5 star ratting says, I would recommend you to all my friends. thank you so much.

We purchased a gaming computer for christmas and too cut along story short, had some issues. Vibox customer services were the best Ive ever dealt with. The computer was collected, repaired and sent back to us, all free of charge. They were constantly in touch, they couldnt of been more helpful. This most definitely says alot for a company. Knowing that the person on the end of the phone has full details and does not pass you from person to person is perfect customer service. Dès la réception de mes produits je remarque que la carte graphique n'est pas celle commandée, mais le prix n'avait pas changé et aucune indication à ce propos ajoutée. Je les e-mail dans les plus brefs délais en leur expliquant la situation : mauvais GPU, en leur réclamant la carte adéquate, et ils ne veulent pas l'envoyer tant qu'ils n'ont pas reçu la mauvaise carte. Bon, on encaisse le coup (contexte de compétitions de jeux vidéos avec de l'argent en jeu, donc pas idéal). Bref, une fois les compétitions passées (avec succès yay) je leur envoie un e-mail et la carte (geforce 1070 au lieu de 1080). Je souligne dans un e-mail très pointilleusement que je souhaite la carte commandée et pas une alternative, et que s'ils ne l'ont pas en stock ou autre raison de me le dire. Deux fois (car la personne avec qui j'avais affaire n'avait pas l'air très fut-fut). Une fois leur carte reçue, ils m'expédient la carte, 1080 en effet mais mauvaise marque, alors que j'avais souligné que ces marques de cartes étaient sujette à la surchauffe et bruyantes. Fatigué de traiter avec eux j'accepte et crois leur garantie que les qualités sont similaires tout comme le prix (qui après vérification était en effet similaire). Deux mois plus tard me voilà avec du bruit (coil whine) et des hautes températures (pas dangereuses pour l'instant). Donc oui, je sors de ma routine pour rédiger un article négatif à leur propos. Ne tiennent pas leurs engagements malgré une communication claire et technique. Je préfère investir à partir d'un autre vendeur pour régler mes soucis que de traiter avec eux à nouveau. Cordialement, Maxime P TLDR ENGLISH : Wrong card on delivery for same price. Wouldn't send good card unless they own the wrong one back again. I underline which card was ordered and that I want this specific card and no other. When We finally trade cards for the right one, wrong brand, high temperatures and noise kinda brand to my knowledge (similar price). I couldn't deal with the lqck of professionqlis; anymore (12+ emails sent politely) so I went with it with their guarantee of quality. 2 months later coil whine and High temps. Not dealing with them ever again.

This is my second time i have now brought from this company as never had any issues with my last order so 2 years later *Monday 20th Feb 2017* i placed an order for an updated PC witch arrived on the 23rd Feb and could not fault the PC yet so far i shall be returning as a customer again soon

I received the pc over a year ago an had worked fine. When I had to send it back for a parts repair, they quickly received the pc an fixed within 2 weeks. Any questions I had emailed about the pc were answered the same day. An always in a professional manner. Vibox is a very reliable business and helped me with whatever I needed. Would definitely recommend there products.

I had a few bumps on my road to a Vibox pc had to change a cooling system because it didn't fit the case and had to personally fix some issues that came up along with it to which they tried to help but ultimately it was Google that got me there. I still have a few issues like some USB ports not working but all they do is regurgitate the same "fixes" that don't work. The pc is great. Boots in seconds I just can't help feeling like there's just a little something wrong still.

I have been a Vibox customer for around 5-6 years now. And in my whole life I have never received such care, support and dedication from a company. Whoever you talk to, whether it is a billing inquiry or technical support you will be given the best service you could ask for. this isn't a 5/5 rating because I feel nice or can't be bothered.
