In a time when people don't seem to care for their jobs, ViBox stands conspicuous as a company that follows through with their clients/ customers all the way; with the added bonus of amazing politeness that you just don't find often. I recently asked them about buying a monitor and was impressed by their conduct yet again. Vibox had a simple helpful reply but their response resonated, reminding me of my experience with them in 2016 and the necessity to post this review of their proficient service. Thank you

United Kingdom | 13 January 2017One of the fans failed in a pc I bought from Vibox. It was out of warranty, but i contacted them for advice, ie where to source a replacement. They then immediately sent me a fan with instructions on how to fit. Very impressive customer service, and would not hesitate to recommend them in future.

United Kingdom | 06 January 2017I believe you can judge a business in 2 ways, firstly the quality of the product you initially receive and its delivery of your expectations and secondly, if you ever have an issue the response by the company in rectifying. I purchased my gaming computer from Vibox via Amazon as a present for my Son for Christmas 2015. Following nearly a year of heavy use with perfect performance the system began to crash, this was just prior to Christmas 2016. I contact the company 3 weeks prior to Christmas to inform them of the issue. The response from the business was superb, firstly trying to address the issue remotely, and as this was unsuccessful the return of the computer for repair. Communication throughout the process was spot on and at no point did I feel they were just ‘going through the motions’. I was concerned about Christmas as several presents were computer related and it would have been a bit of a damp squid if the computer had not been present to partake in the festivities. The computer was returned to me prior to Christmas, issue resolved and one very happy Son. I was fortunate that I could deliver and collect the computer in person and so this certainly speeded up the process. This takes nothing away from Vibox and the excellent service I received. Thank You Vibox.

United Kingdom | 23 December 2016bought a gaming pc for my son. after some initial issues of damage in transit by courier. the fault was dealt with very fast over the phone with a vibox technician, now working ok. just an annoying glitch. my son is happy with it, which is all that matters at the end of the day. I would buy again from these people Thank you for your help Vibox

I haven't opened it yet so I won't comment on the actual build quality, although judging by the great staff I spoke to and the excellent way I was treated, I have no doubt the machine will live upto my expectations. I would not hesitate in ordering from them again.

They are fantastic and I would throughly recommend them as a company that cares and delivers a high level of good service. The communication between us has been like talking to a family member or a friend. They have resolved all problems connected with my grandsons computer and amazingly bore some of the costs involved themselves. United Kingdom | 27 May 2016Vibox has provided me with the best sort of PCs I could get for a wonderful price, they do their best to provide customers with an amazing experience with their technology, I bought a PC back in 2014 and when I received it, I fell in-love with just the appearance of it, the case, neon lighting and specs were exactly what was advertised, when it came to running the PC it was exactly what I hoped for if not better, the performance was incredible and for the past two years I had an amazing experience with gaming! I never felt so happy with any piece of technology as much as I loved my vibox tower, unfortunately though, I fiddled around with the settings too much and ended up faulting my computer to the point where it couldn't restart, so I lost the computer due to being very careless, however lesson learned and I have bought another PC from vibox once more, I look forward to receiving it, the customer support team are fantastic, quick response to any enquiries, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a powerful yet beautiful PC at a fantastic price from a fantastic company, thank you vibox for being a well dedicated and loyal seller to your customers!

United Kingdom | 20 May 2016I'm so impressed with the service I've received from Vibox. As my 13 year old son has pestered me for a gaming computer for the past 2 birthdays, I've finally given in. I knew nothing about what I was ordering and after much research over 3 days, I managed to learn a little. After finding a package on Amazon from Vibox, I emailed for some advise and received quick and really good detailed responses and suggestions which helped me understand what they were offering. Also at very good prices (I checked online). Due to my lack of knowledge it took me longer than expected to order. Which meant that Vibox only had 5 days to make it and dispatch it in order for it to arrive for my sons birthday. I didn't hold out much hope. But the lady I ordered with said she would speak to the technicians to see if she could help speed it up. I was emailed during the build to advise on progress and amazingly, I've just received notification that its being despatched today and should arrive on Monday for my son's birthday. One very happy son when he returns from school on Monday and therefore one very happy mother. I will return to Vibox for any upgrades and further advice I may need in future and will be sure to recommend them to all other mothers of gaming sons. Thank you Vibox.

United Kingdom | 19 April 2016I ordered over the phone and the rep was pretty helpful. They delivered when they said they would and when the computer malfunctioned (after 3 weeks), they took it back and repaired it (it took 2 weeks), the PC came back to me and it performed without any further critical issues. It's been about 2 months now since I had the repaired computer and now I'm starting to experiment issues with the graphics card, ram hitting its limit making the computer sluggish to work with, and instances of large black panes (graphics card issues) I'm not really happy with the longevity of this computer and I dread the thought of having to return this computer and waiting another two weeks, since I need this computer for freelance graphics works. I spent 1k and for it to start playing up again after 2 months is rather frustrating. I am now looking at purchasing another computer but I will be going elsewhere for my new set-up.

When I chose to get a new graphics card and had some issues putting the new parts together they assisted me and gave me great advice on how to make the new components work. I have always got a reply within one or two hours and they were always there to help. I would recommend this amazing company to everyone.

I sent them my faulty part and had received a brand new replacement within 2 days. Very friendly customer service, I would reccomend their PCs to anyone.

I wanted a budget system to suit my needs which I found with ease looking through the PC builds on offer on the website so I ordered what I wanted a "Element Blue" and the update emails received during the build and testing were very welcome and the customer service was excellent with questions I put forward via email or by telephoning quickly resolving them. the PC was built tested and delivered within 7 days. Unfortunately I had a problem in the first few days of receiving the PC which was very quickly resolved with customer service and unfortunately the PC had to be returned for repair and as Christmas was fast approaching I was unsure I would not receive the PC back until the new year, but to my much appreciated surprise the pc was returned to me with a clean bill of health in 7 days and fully operational with no problems so hats of to the folk at Vibox thanks for a great PC build and your fantastic customer service I definitely highly recommend you to my friends and family and will not hesitate to order another PC.
