Après un problème de commande qui a relativement duré un certain temps, l'équipe du service client a été à l'écoute et droite dans leurs promesses. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu l'occasion de tester la qualité de leurs produits mais j'ai eu remboursement de ma commande rapidement ainsi que les frais de retour qui devaient normalement être à ma charge.

I am reviewing my Vibox PC nearly 3 years after buying it, mainly due to my recent experience with their customer service department. Firstly, the PC itself has been brilliant, the spec for the price I paid was excellent. The PC has withstood thousands of hours of use by my teenage son until two weeks ago, when there began to be a clicking noise and the PC would not boot. This is understandable after 3 years of heavy usage. I contacted customer services for advice, the PC has been out of warranty for nearly a year so I wasn't sure I would get a reply. I did, within minutes, they suggested that it might be the HDD, gave instructions on how to disconnect and remove it, even giving a link to one of their own videos. They were correct about the HDD, and after emailing them again, they replied very quickly with a recommendation as to which HDD to buy, again, even including a video of how to install it. Even after I had a brain freeze and could not work out how to do this, they were on hand instantly to help again, after 5pm on a Friday too! All in all this company is fantastic and I could not recommend it more.

This company firstly built and delivered me excellent products. Anytime since I have needed their help, they’ve been right there immediately. No problem is too small. They’re fast to respond, respectful and polite and go the absolute extra mile to do all they can. Whilst reassuring you at every stage. I’m actually stunned by their customer care and after service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

J ai acheter mon pc sur leur site internet mais j ai du demander quelques renseignements avant pour faire le bon choix . Je suis tombé sur Arron qui m a très bien conseillé . Livraison rapide et le pc fonctionne très bien . Je recommande vivement .

My new pc arrived on Saturday. The kit was extremely well packed and delivered nice and early on the date promised. I started setting it up on Sunday and immediately ran into a couple of issues, all of my own making! I had to contact the Support team a few times for help and they were fantastic in their knowledge, friendliness and willingness to help. I must make special mention of their patience dealing with a pc-idiot and his silly questions. Once I sorted out my mistakes (mainly around getting my existing monitor to work) the actual setup was simple and quick. I want to transfer the SSD in my old pc across to this new one and they were quick to check compatibility and to confirm that it can be done. What was really pleasing is that it will not affect the warranty; unlike my old one where I wanted to install a second cd/dvd drive but could not as it would have negated the warranty. Arron was an immense help as was the other support person whose name I, unfortunately, did not get. Well done guys, you were quite fantastic and I would have given you more stars if I could. Thank you.

10/10 customer service I ordered a computer for my son over 18 months ago which has been brilliant. Any problems I've ever ran into I call them, no robots, no ques, I get to speak to someone instantly which is a rarity today. We've recently moved home & I couldn't connect to my parents WiFi. It turns out I accidentally put my son WiFi dongle into storage. viibox identified the problem & with out me even asking they sent a new dongle replacement out on the same day free of charge. They also helped me with a technical problem I ran into with my new set up and emailed me recommendations of what product to buy. If you scroll past my review and are not sure where to shop for a pc I 100% recommended viibox Brilliant products & customer support is outstanding even years after I brought my system. Give them your business you will not regret it. Special thankyou to Aaron, your an asset to the company & an outstanding reflection of what viibox stands for. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

Service déplorable. Aucun suivi de commande ni de réponses aux questions. M’envoie un mail de soit disant livraison de pc d'une autre commande alors que je n'ai rien reçu. COmmande faite il y a 1 mois et toujours rien. A FUIRE !

Great experience. I bought a PC from Vibox three years ago, and it has worked perfectly ever since. I had searched for my ideal combination of components, and even though the existing combinations of components in Vibox's website was not suitable for me, I contacted them with my desired mix. They were very kind and helpful, and gave me a very good price in comparison with the market's price. Yes, you pay slightly more overall, but I can assure you it is well worth it for the service provided. They helped me through the process and had my computer functioning on my table a week after I ordered it.

Connectivity problems with new gaming pc. Three different guys over three days helped me troubleshoot every possible thing. Turned out it was a problem at my end. They are all really conscientious and were desperate to get me up and running. Top guys

Bought my PC over a year ago and took out the extended warranty. I had a few issues with performance after this time and got in touch with someone via a phone call and they couldn't have been more helpful. Problem was resolved superbly by Aaron and I'm delighted with their customer service. I'm usually dubious about extended warranties but it seems Vibox are a company you can trust.

I have an amazing Vibox V-26 White Gaming PC with an RTX 3050, Ryzen 5 4500 plus a 400GB SSD and it has been working brilliantly. The fact that it also came with a bundle was also great. The customer service was brilliant and when the monitor was a bit damaged the replacement process was simple and easy. The PC design looks great and I would recommend!

On a acheter un PC pour mon petit frère au bout de quelque jours le PC a commencé à freeze. Nous avons contacté le service client, renvoyé la tour pour un diagnostique et depuis 2 mois d'attente... Sois disant qu'il y a trop de demandes et maintenant l'excuse "le ou les technicien(s) sont malade... C'est pas du tout sérieux.

What a fantastic company to deal with. When my sons birthday PC arrived unfortunately it had a fault and this was resolved swiftly and kindly by customer services. The faulty PC was quickly picked up and the new replacement sent as soon as the old one was received in a matter of a few days. Knowing it was a birthday present they even sent some sweets for him in the package. A lovely touch. The PC is fantastic, my son delighted with it and the company is brilliant to deal with. Highly recommended.

It's an outstanding company to do business with. They answer questions almost immediately and gently guide you through your expensive purchase. I would recommend their computers, service, and packaging. I have had my PC a few weeks now and it's running just fine. (Uninstall all the Norton crapware, though.)
