Overall felt good

J'ai acheté ce PC pour l'offrir à mon compagnon à Noel dernier, et j'ai demandé des conseils car je n'y connaissais strictement rien. Le service client a été super patient et professionel, et a répondu à toutes mes questions, et m'a proposé un devis rapidement. Mon compagnon est très content de son cadeau, et je reviendrais certainement vers vous si nous avons besoin d'un autre PC !

This company is incredible and I’m glad I took the chance ordering from them without having ever heard of them. Originally I tried to order a pre-built PC from them on Amazon, but Amazon gave me so many problems with it that I decided to look up Vibox and order from them. I’m glad I did, because I ended up recreating the exact same PC from amazon with more storage AND a bit cheaper. They offered free shipping, slightly upgraded my graphics card when the one I chose wasn’t available, and always kept a quick and open line of communication with me. They encouraged me to reach out to them if I had any questions or concerns. It did take a little longer than they had quoted, but were quick to answer me when I asked about it. When it did show up, everything looked incredible and worked perfectly. They even included a little haribo packet in the box! I did notice however that they forgot to include an HDD I had selected. When I messaged them about it, they apologised immediately and offered to pick it up to add it for me or send me the HDD to install myself. It wasn’t ideal, but i chose to install it myself and they sent videos to help me. Top tier customer service the entire way. My partner now intends to order from Vibox down the line as well.

Bonjour, tres déçu par cette machine acheté en octobre 2023 plus de 1600 € de gros problèmes de stabilité... . Et la société VIBOX qui refuse de me rembourser d une machine inutilisable car trop instable... Vraiment limite arnaque... 1680€ perdu. Je déconseille la société VIBOX.

Good customer service, really nice pc, haribos

J'ai jamais reçu mon pc , ça fait 3 mois et le vendeur refuse de me rembourser pour une soi disant preuve de livraison , après que j'ai fourni tout les documents nécessaires , attestation de non détention , contestation de signature , plainte contre X , le vendeur refuse de me rembourser et à fourni à amazon ses fausses preuves de livraison , je me retrouve avec un crédit de plus de 3000€ sur 2 ans alors que je n'ai même pas reçu mon pc , pc qui devait me servir pour mon travail , travail que je ne peux plus exercer sans pc , maintenant je me retrouve à payer 150€ par mois pour du vent , j'ai pas moyen d'exercer mon activité de graphiste 3D et j'ai du racheté un pc au moins 2 fois moins performant pour pouvoir exercer des taches simples adieu la 3D adieu mon travail et pendant 2 ans je vais devoir exercer un travail en plus juste pour payer un crédit qui ne m'a rien apporté , merci Vibox grâce à vous je suis endetté de 3000€j'ai plus de travail et je galère pour mes fins de mois parce que j'ai pas l'outil qu'il me faut pour travailler , ils ont tout fait pour se dédoinner auprès d'amazon et du transporteur et ne respectent même pas les bases du code de la consommation , ARNAQUE A FUIR A TOUT PRIX , les avis que j'ai posté ailleurs ont été supprimés par le vendeur , vraiment une marque malhonnête

Purchased a 3070ti gaming PC around 18 months ago and can't fault the quality of the product and the attentiveness of the customer service team (when I had a question on setup). I have just today ordered another PC (custom, max spec 4090) and was extremely impressed with the ease of use of the website and also the value for money. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about purchasing a gaming PC, whether low end, mid tier or high end. Keep up the good work Vibox team!

I loved everything about my order. The customer service team was quick to get back to me with any questions; I liked being able to fully customise my PC build; delivery was prompt and everything arrived secure in sturdy packaging. It's been running like a dream since I set it up, is so much quieter than my former PC, and being able to change the fan lights to so many options means I never get bored of looking at it. High-street brands like Dell and HP were more than twice the cost for similar specs. Vibox is the best value for money when buying a new PC, in my opinion.

Le pc est vendu comme étant GAMING, pourtant même pour de la bureautique, je le déconseille tellement les composants son vieux et éclatax sa grand mère la p"te, même l'écran (75 hz), la souris ( uniquement 3 boutons) et le clavier (non mécanique et très bas de gamme) ne sont absolument pas adaptée pour le gaming. J'ai jamais vu une aussi g"osse m"rde de toute ma p"tain de vie ( sa ne m'étonnerais même pas que les autres avis sois des p"tain de bot.

Product selection and price from Vibox was terrific. A very fast delivery as promised with package securely wrapped. Installation/set up was very straight forward. Customer service for a very small problem encountered was incredibly fast, within minutes of emailing them I received responses, which rectified my issues. All round great service provided and happy to recommend this company. Will use them in future for PC requirements.

I bought a pc nearly a year ago now, absolute beast it doe's everything, if i asked it i would make me coffee the computer is mad, but that is not what made me write this review. my pc came with a little remote that will scroll the lights manually as well asswitch the fans on and increase or reduce the speed. it's little and I have a young cat, that loves to bat and bite EVERYTHING! so the remote is on a walkabout until the cat(garagamel) because he is evil, brings it back, so I called vibox and before Icould finish me story thelovely young lady sent one out to me. So little cat, bad! but good cos he funny. Computer Good because it just turned the kettle on,[-seriously a beast! And Vibox the customer sevice is secound to none. if they made goverments then we would have a well run country. keep doing what your doing cos it's all good. Thank you so much!

I bought this PC primarily for my son (gaming) with the benefit of being able to use also for school homework. He absolutely loves it! It looks impressive and has great graphics and functionality for his first gaming PC build. The website PC builder was easy to use and the customer support team were very friendly and knowledgeable on my son's needs. With life time support and other standard cover it was a great buy! Would highly recommend buying from Vibox.

I ordered a high end custom gaming desktop and followed up with a couple of questions about delivery. Customer service were more than helpful and arranged to deliver at a suitable time. The machine was very well packaged and setup was easy (pretty much P&P), and runs like a dream. They also included a free Steam voucher. Overall, I am more than happy with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Perfectly built to custom spec, good value and great customer service (glass panel had a scratch but they sorted out a replacement without question). Present for my daughter and she loves it!

L'ordinateur est très puissant à un prix défiant toute concurrence sur le marché. Le seul petit défaut qui fait que je ne mets pas 5*, c'est qu'en ayant commandé Windows 10 j'ai reçu avec Windows 11. Honnêtement, ce n'était pas un problème en soi, le souci c'est qu'il était installé sur le HDD, ce qui créait d'énormes bugs. J'ai donc été contrainte de supprimer mon Windows, d'acheter une clé et de l'installer sur le SSD.
