United States | 09 April 2017Horrible. Lack of communication between the call center and Mechanics caused several setbacks. Also, it looks like there are 7 missed appointments on my record even though I NEVER missed an appointment. The customer service representatives on the phone were great but now I have lost nearly 2 years worth of time with my interlock device because of the lack of professional behavior by Guardian Technicians. The technicians in Phoenix were phenomenal. I NEVER had any issues with my service at Cardinal Car Stereo. They would even check on me and make sure any random issues with my device were corrected in a timely manner. I wish I could say the same for the techs here. For some reason the technicians in the Austin area are completely incompetent and deflect any accountability for their unprofessional behavior. I am truly shocked by my recent experiences. The actions of the Area Manager are deplorable. It's absolutely shocking that these people have a job.
